(Y/n's) POV
"Sorry if I didn't knock!" The little girl says.
"It's fine.." You say. Not really knowing what else to say after a random little child enters your room.
"I'm Flora Fairchild, and you must be (your name), right?" The little girl says.
"Yes. I suppose Mrs. Grose told you, right?" You say.
"Indeed!" Flora says with a smile. "I came to help you decorate your room! I have a few things with me outside that maybe you would want as decoration in your room!" Flora says while jumping up and down repeatedly. The floor made a creaking sound each time Flora's feet landed on the ground from her jumping.
"Uh, okay lets decorate?" You say.
"YAAY!" Flora says and runs out of the room into the hallway. She brings in a box but the top was closed, it seemed heavy cause' she was struggling with carrying it.
She opened the box to reveal...
A bunch of dolls.
"Do you not like dollies? I have other boxes outside with different things!" Flora says with worry in her voice.
Thinking of what to say, not wanting to be rude, you say, "Well, it's not like I don't like dolls.. I'm just out of age to like dolls. I'm not into dolls anymore."
"Oh! Okay! I get it!!" Flora says with a happier voice. "Your not in the age to like dolls anymore, right?" Flora says with curiosity.
"Exactly. Your a lot smarter then I thought you were, Jesus. I thought I was explaining wrong haha!" You say and laugh a little.
"I may be little but that doesn't mean I'm not that smart!" Flora says and crosses her arms.
You laughed at Flora's response. Mrs. Grose called you and Flora to go eat after.
"So I see you both met, correct?" Mrs. Grose says while cutting the apples in slices with the knife in her hand.
"Yup." You say. "Correct!" Flora says.
"So (your name) , Are you feeling a bit more comfortable being here?" Mrs. Grose asks.
"Flora kinda got all my nervous feelings away, so yes. Also, who else lives here? There's so many rooms." You say.
"A boy named Miles lives here. His room is Across from yours, but he is at boarding school currently." Mrs. Grose says.
"Oh okay." You say.
"Anyways, changing the subject. A new Nanny is going to take the place of Your old Nanny." Mrs. Grose says to Flora.
"What's her name?!" Flora asks.
"Her names Kate." Mrs. Grose says.

A towel was wrapped around my body. My whole body was wet from a shower. I looked at the window that was placed on the wall, The sound of Crickets and Katydids were heard from outside the window. The sky was so dark with tiny lights filling the midnight sky. You kept looking out at the window till you heard footsteps in the hallway your room was in. You got frightened about who it could be. It couldn't be Flora or Mrs. Grose, they were already asleep.
The footsteps kept getting closer to your room. The water wetting your hair drops onto the ground as each step gets getting closer.
You turn around back at the window and—
