Friday, the day that finally has the busy schedule and hell of school and work come to a close for the week.

The cafe was never too busy early in the morning, but when it passed 16:00, customers would all come in one after another to order or to relax in the peaceful cafe on Friday. Hoseok worked as the cashier with Namjoon on that day, making Jin have to check supply. Taehyung and Jimin both didn't have any shifts on Friday that they had to worry about.

When Namjoon saw Yoongi come into the shop he looked at him surprised. The male looked worse than he did on Monday. Messy hair, crooked outfit, and flushed cheeks, like he had been crying or running a lot, but he didn't seem to be panting or running low on breath. He could tell Yoongi was trying to keep the same attitude that he had all the other days, but it wasn't tracing where he wanted to draw.

Yoongi hadn't ordered that day, just walked over to the same table that he always sat in, the one by the corner. The one no one else is sitting by.

Namjoon decided to walk over to the table himself, just to ask if he wanted to order. Besides, maybe Namjoon could help him a bit, even if he talks about something Namjoon's never even thought of. Based on the attitude he was given last time when Yoongi was less vulnerable than now ruins the thought a bit, but he had an itching feeling.

"Yoongi?" Namjoon started once he got to the table.

The customer looked at him with an empty expression. He hadn't said anything and looked back down to his arm that helped him balance himself. Namjoon let out a soft sigh, one that had no hint of annoyance in it and everyone could tell his kindness from.

"Would you like to order?" He finally asked. Yoongi shook his head, still not saying anything.

Namjoon looked down at him. There obviously was something wrong. The average person would ignore it to take the worry off their shoulders, but Namjoon isn't one of those people. He didn't care how much he had on his shoulders, he had taken precausion over that fact, so if he annoyed the person there will still be that weight that slowly decreased.

The taller decided to sit on the opposite side of Yoongi. The male looked up at him with surprise and a small bit of concern and annoyance.

"What are you doing? Don't you have a job with making drinks that burn people's tongues you need to get to?" Yoongi spat.

Namjoon smiled at the "insult" and shook his head.

"5 minutes till my shift is over." Namjoon replied. "Besides, Taehyung and Jimin do this all the time anyway."

Yoongi huffed. "Those damn kindergarteners."

Namjoon laughed, which Yoongi almost smiled at, but quickly realized and turned around to the same expression instead. He wasn't going to let his vulnerability make him look like an idiot.

"Is something wrong?" Namjoon asked, not wanting to waste time on small talk.

Yoongi looked up at him with a small glare.

"Looks like you've been crying." Namjoon shrugged.

"Don't you have better things to do with your life?" Yoongi asked. Namjoon shook his head.

"I would, but like I said, my shift ends in now 2 minutes." Namjoon looked back at the clock to confirm, and it was indeed 19:58.

"How am I supposed to have a stranger help me?" He questioned with a raised brow.

"Well you did ask how I was a couple days ago. Remember?"

Yoongi rolled his eyes. "Any normal human would do that when the person passed out the day before. What they won't do is go over to the person and personally ask them what happened."

"Guess I'm not normal then."

Yoongi groaned, not wanting to say anything else. Who in their right mind would talk to a random cafe worker they've never really met before?

"What the hell do you want from me?" Yoongi spat with displeasure.

"I want to know what's wrong." Namjoon answered simply with a stern voice.

"Why do you want to know that?" He asked, raising his voice and standing up. "That's very personal information."

Namjoon's eyes softened. He knew how Yoongi felt, relating his emotions currently to himself in the past. He motioned Yoongi to sit back down, which he did with a huff.

"You don't have to tell me right this minute." Namjoon answered shortly after. "Do you want to talk about something else?"

Namjoon kept his voice soft and lowered, making sure the way he spoke didn't offend the customer's currently vulnerable mind. It was quiet for a bit before Yoongi whispered,

"I don't want to talk to you at all right now."

The male sighed and stood up, not saying anything. Yoongi looked at him and Namjoon took the chance to examine what emotions he could find. Sadness, annoyance, obviously vulnerability...and disappointment?

Namjoon then put the pieces together.

He didn't know everything that was going on, but from what he took note of before, during, and after the conversation he gained a small bit of the story.

"Someone left, huh?" Namjoon asked, sitting back down again. Yoongi stared at him with wide eyes.

"How..." Yoongi quickly brought his persona back before he could finish and decided to not replace what he was going to say.

"You don't have to tell me the details." Namjoon smiled sweetly, not wanting the boy to get defensive again. "You're not in the right mindset right now."

It was pretty silent after that. Not many people were in the cafe, maybe around 5-10 including the workers. Like stated before, the majority of them were couples since the cafe seemed boring to other people considering its lack of music. Namjoon began to get worried that he made the male mad.

Then he heard a small sniff.

Yoongi was crying.
