❝where are we going simba?❞ donghyuck asked as he trailed from behind, pushing the big ass leaves that's blocking his way.

he still had his eyes on the lion in front of him in case if he gets lost. walking around the woods for a while actually made donghyuck get used to it that he didn't have to hold mark's hand. but he had to stick close to him as he was still a teeny bit frightened at the rustling sounds. the lion only glance behind him for a short second just to check up on the pudu before continuing to walk.

❝mark?❞ the pudu showed pout when the lion didn't bother speaking. ❝i'm going to bite you if you won't say a word.❞

that only made the lion let out a chuckle.

❝i'm serious!❞ the pudu cutely fumed as he only received a giggle from the lion. ❝i'm really going to bite—❞

❝we are here!❞

when donghyuck said that he didn't mind spending another night in the woods with mark, the lion immediately dragged him deep inside the forest the moment the moon showed up as he had remembered something. he didn't say anything to donghyuck about it though, causing for the pudu to grow curious. they had been walking for what seemed like hours and donghyuck could feel his legs dying out.

mark offered to carry the pudu but donghyuck only rejected the help as he also knew that mark was tired from walking. he used his remaining energy and just as when he was getting impatient, they finally stopped.

and if the fireflies was already the greatest surprise for the pudu, he doesn't know what this is.

a waterfall falling down and disturbing the calm river with the moonlight shining down the water, having it glistened. it looked magical in the pudu's eyes that his eyes sparkled in awe as he walked towards the river. donghyuck didn't know how in pride lands mark had found a place like this when he had only been gone for a day, probably with the cheetah and giraffe.

❝well?❞ mark appeared beside the pudu and took hold the hem of his shirt, causing for donghyuck's face to heat up as soon as he had disregarded his shirt. a smirk appeared in the lion's face as he threw his shirt to a boulder. ❝wanna take a swim?❞

❝b-but we'd get wet..❞ looking away with red cheeks, donghyuck could feel his heart beating in a fast pace when he caught a glimpse of the lion starting to unbuckle his pants.

letting out a laugh, mark threw his pants to where his shirt was and walked over to the river. ❝that's why we have to strip.❞

hearing the lion getting to the water, donghyuck took this chance to divert his eyes at the lion that's smiling as he had half of his body on the water and his upper torso exposed. puckering his lips, the pudu motioned his hand at mark. ❝turn around.❞

raising a brow, mark tilted his head to the side. ❝but why?❞

❝i'm going to undress myself!❞

❝then put on a show for me, sunshine.❞ the lion teased as he had his brows wiggled.

that was supposed to be a dirty joke for mark but he didn't actually believe that donghyuck would do it. the lion had his eyes wide open and jaw dropped as soon as he saw the pudu slowly taking his shirt off, taking the time in the world while doing so, with his cheeks heating up. mark just wanted to watch and appreciate every proportion in the pudu's body. he looked perfect, he is perfect.

biting his lower lip and nibbling with it as he dealt with the embarrassment filling him, he held the waistband of the pants that he was wearing. he was aware of the lion's eyes on him, it was the main reason as to why he was blushing hard.

❝i'm s-sorry..❞ mark gulped with his face turning to the shade of red and looked away quickly when donghyuck started to pull his pants down.

he had his hand placed on his chest as he felt his heart coming out of his ribcage, taking deep breaths to calm himself. he closed his eyes and the next moment he could hear someone dipping down the water. he hesitated to turn around but maybe he didn't need to, donghyuck already reached to him with his arms wrapped around his body.

with a small smile, mark had his body dipped down till his neck and brought donghyuck with him as glided, making the pudu panic as he didn't know how to swim. the lion only laughed as he found donghyuck adorably struggling to float on water.

❝simba!❞ having his hand clutched on to the lion's arms, donghyuck paddled his feet till he could hug the lion with all his might. ❝don't let go.❞

❝you don't have to be afraid,❞ mark brought his hand up and rubbed circles behind the pudu's soaked back. ❝it's just knee level. you won't drown.❞

pushing himself away from the lion, the pudu splashed water towards him. mark could only laugh at how unimpressed the pudu looked like right now. ❝how many cheese have you been eating today?❞

❝i don't know.❞ the lion shrugged, swimming towards the pudu and wrapping his arms around his naked waist. ❝but i can count the times that i have been eating your lips.❞

once donghyuck had his mouth agape, mark took this chance to dive into a kiss and waited patiently for donghyuck to adjust. feeling his tense muscles loose, mark positioned himself where he could have donghyuck straddling him by his hips. he didn't dare separate his lips as he had his body roaming around the pudu's baby like smooth skin.

no matter how many times they'd kiss, he'd never ever get tired of it.

slapping the lion's chest lightly, donghyuck faked an upset look. ❝you sound like a predator.❞

❝and you're my prey,❞ having their foreheads touch, mark grinned. ❝my beautiful prey.❞

❝is that how predators lure their preys?❞ donghyuck let out a chuckle, leaning down just to give sloppy kisses down on the lion's exposed neck. ❝seduce them?❞
