It was finally here, the Sudden Death Runoff.

Every student that survived those seven days were reunited in the courtyard. Including us, the Elite Five.

Satsuki: Students of Honnouji Academy! For the past week you fought long and hard. But today, the battle has just begun. Welcome, to the Sudden Death Runoff! Every battle over the past week has been recorded and now we know who the survivors are. Based on what happens today I will determine who will acquire three stars status!

The ground started rumbling and suddenly, six pillar rose from the ground.

Satsuki: These six pillars are your next challenge. Fight your way to the top of one, and be a frontrunner in the election!

In a matter of seconds, the six contenders were already set: me, Nonon, Sanageyama, Gamagoori, Inumuta and Matoi.

Satsuki: Well well well, the Elite Five lives up to their name.

Nonon: Did you expect any different?

Gamagoori: Lady Satsuki! We, the Elite Five would like to propose an additional rule to the Sudden Death Runoff.

Sanageyama: Each one of us wants a shot at facing Ryuko Matoi in a fight.

The rest of the students cheered.

Nonon: We were gonna fight her anyway. Might as well do it here on this grand stage.

Inumuta: It would be an explosive finale to the academy's first election.

(Y/N): Plus, it's a chance for her to keep her promise.

I say as we trade a quick stare.

Satsuki: Heh. It would indeed.

A even bigger pillar rose in the middle of the precious six. The top was much bigger and there was a big screen on the side.

Satsuki: A king of the hill final battle! Matoi, if you defeat the Elite Five, I will tell you the details of your father's death.

Ryuko: You're on!

Gamagoori: I will be the first to face you in battle, Matoi!

Gamagoori used his whip to jump from his pillar to the arena.

Gamagoori: I am Lady Satsuki's impenetrable shield, Ira Gamagoori! I challenge you, and I will crush you!

Ryuko: Good luck with that!

She pulled the pin on her glove and transformed.

Ryuko: Life Fiber Synchronize: Kamui Senketsu!

Satsuki: Has anyone even bothered to notice that the pillars have different heights? The more students you defeated, the higher your pillar. Therefore, Gamagoori is first. Second is Inumuta. Then it's Jakuzure. Then (L/N). And finally, Sanageyama.
