What now?

It has been a week since Rin ran away, ever since Yukio came running into the kitchen they've done nothing but searching for him. This wasn't like Rin, even if he did ran away he would've been back already, something must've happened.

Something bad.

Father Fujimoto couldn't help but think that Satan somehow got to him and dragged him into Gehenna gate. He hoped he was wrong, but after a week and no sign of Rin, he started to worry his theory was true...

His worrying only got worse as a week turned into a month.. Fujimoto sat at the kitchen table with with Yukio and the other priests, all of them were exhausted from searching the neighborhood all day. Again. A deadly silence seemed to control the room as they were all thinking the same thing.

'It was useless, they'll never find Rin...'

Father Fujimoto couldn't help but let a tear escape his eye, Yukio noticed and threw his arms atround his dad. Yukio bursted out in tears as he did so, hugging him tightly. "D-dad... Is R-Rin n-n-not.. c-comm-m-ming-g b-back?" Yukio obviously missed his big brother, and it hurt Father Fujimoto.

"We'll do anything we can to find him, don't worry." He tried to stay strong for Yukio, but in truth, he was scared. He knew Satan HAD to be behind this, Rin would've returned otherwise...

And if Rin was in Gehenna, they had no way of reaching him...

That's when a loud bang was heard from the church. Shiro got up, putting Yukio on the chair. "Stay here, Yukio." Yukio nodded and all the priests ran off to the church.

Father Fujimoto and the other priests cautiously entered the church, only to be met with Amaimon, who had used explosives to enter the church. He was surrounded by goblins. He smirked.

He was ready for a fight.

He waved his hand, commanding the goblins to attack.

The exorcists tried their best to fight the goblins, which wasn't very hard. They got the upper hand in the battle as Father Fujimoto regained hope.

While the other priests were fighting the goblins, Fujimoto managed to get to Amaimon.

Amaimon had no reaction to the furious priest standing right in front of him, he only smirked, amused.

"What did you do to him!?" Fujimoto yelled at the demon king, while trying to hit him with a sword. Amaimon however dodged the attack easily, unfazed. "I don't know what you're talking about.." Amaimon's knowing smirk made Father Fujimoto boil on the inside.

He attacked the demon king with new found strength, being able to actually hit him this time. "Where. Is. My. Son!?"

Amaimon's eyes went wide in shock for a split second before returning to his amused expression. "Your son?" Fujimoto took a few steps back in shock, the words he just heard broke his heart... "That's right." Amaimom spat as he walked towards Fujimoto.

"You're the one who stole him from us, his REAL family,...

Now, were just returning the favor."

Fujimoto's eyes widened as they filled with tears. "No! You can't take my son away from me!!!"

Amaimon bursted out laughing. "Yes. We can. In fact we already did...

and the funny thing is....

It's all YOUR fault!"

Amaimon then decided he had enough of this conversation and knocked Fujimoto out. "Now, let's get the damn sword and get the hell outta here." Once Amaimon said that, all kinds of high- and low level demons entered the church, strongly outnumbering the priests.

All of the priests were defeated in no time, leaving only Amaimon and the demons.

Amaimon quickly found the basement where Kurikara was kept. After he took the sword, he returned to Gehenna, leaving no trace behind.

Yukio, who had been waiting for a long time now, was starting to get worried. He decided to go to the church, even though he was told not to.

He opened the large church doors, that made loud creaking noises as he stepped inside the church.

He saw the priests helping each other up and tending to their wounds. He instantly got scared as he looked around, hoping to see his dad.

"D....dad..? W-what.. H-happened..?"

His shaky voice echoed through the church as he gained the priests' attention.

"Yukio? What are you doing here?" One of the priests asked as he walked over to the scared boy. "Where's dad?"

It was quiet for a while, then Father Fujimoto came out of the basement. He looked worried. "What's wrong?" The priest next to Yukio asked.

"Dad..?"

He slowly looked up to the other priests and his son. "Kurikara.... It's gone...."

Fujimoto's full attention then went to Yukio, that's when he decided Yukio should know the full truth, and should be able to protect himself against demons.

Once his son was old enough, he'd have to join the battle...

"Yukio.."

"Yes dad?"

xXx

The first thing Rin felt was pain, he felt as if his body was different somehow, but couldn't come up with a reason why.

He slowly opened his eyes to the bright light, it took a while for his eyes to adjust, but when they did, he found himself in a strange place. He wasn't home. Rin started slightly panicking while looking at his new environment.

It was a large luxurious room with light blue walls and gold details, he was laying in a king sized bed that stood in the middle of the room, not too far from a neat desk and a comfortable couch. Overall, the place looked really neat, but that was none of Rin's concern right now. He wanted to go home.

How did he even get here in the first place?

Rin then started thinking, trying to find out how he got himself in this strange situation.

Then it hit him. The fight. Father Fujimoto was mad and... He

..he ran away

After that it's black.

Rin had wide eyes, how could he be so stupid? Tears started running from his cheeks, buy he quickly wiped them away. He had to get home.

Just as rin sat up in his huge bed, the door opened, revealing a tall man with pitch black skin, horns, tail and withe eyes. The man's hair was just as white as his eyes, heavily contrasting with his skin color and the dark blue suit he was wearing.

When he saw Rin was awake he bowed. "Did you sleep well, Master?" Rin tilted his head, not sure if the man was speaking to him. The man however, kept staring intently at Rin, awaiting an answer.

"You mean me?" Rin said confusedly. The man chuckled at the cute child. "Yes young master." He provided the simple answer. Rin simply got even more confused. "Why Master? My name is Rin!" The butler sighed, but couldn't help the smile tugging at his lips. This child was surely something different.

"It's Master because I'm your butler, young Lord, all will be explained soon, by your father."

Rin was even more confused now. "Is the old man here?" Why would he be here, and if he was, why did he not just take him home?

The butler stood awkwardly, before replying. "I'm talking about your real father Master." Before Rin could say anything else, the butler continued. "All your questions will be answered soon."

When it seemed the young boy had finally gotten calmer, he then noticed he had a tail. He started screaming and tried to get away from it, but to no avail, since the tail was very much attached to him.

The butler sighed as he tried to comfort the scared boy. This was going to be a long day..
