Minho Choi is the head of the mansion's hospital, and the director at the hospital owned by the mafia. When he is on the job, he is in his lab coat, and when the time calls for it, scrubs. If he's not on the job, he likes to be in jeans and any comfortable shirt he can find. Being friends with the Min siblings gave him the chance to join the mafia right out of university, and he touch the chance for the opportunities. He is a very loving guy that will do anything to make sure the people around him are smiling. Taemin has been his best friend for years, and he loves his little sister, Boram, more than anything. There's always a scalpel on him, a tin of candies, and a picture of him and his sister. He's smarter than his sister by a tad, graduating at the same time she did, but with a higher degree. His nickname of Doc is linked to the job he's wanted from childhood. One of the taller guys at 180 cm, and muscular like all the others at 63 kg. His natural dark brown hair is wavy, and some days he'll straighten it. Dark brown eyes that want to help everyone they land on. A social person that loves to talk to everyone at a party, but loves the time spent with his sister and Great Pyrenees, Buster. Minho Choi is the reason that the mafia has stopped losing so many people, and now has a functioning hospital.

He vowed to always protect her, and never reveal that she isn't related to him by blood. His best friend went to university with him, and a close friend from private school ended up giving him the opportunity of a lifetime.
