*KAYLIN POV*
"Flight 809. Last call for flight 809", the ticket agent said as I jog to the gate with a luggage and my Marc Jacobs tote bag.
"Hi may I see your passport?", a caucasian lady ask all cheesy.
"Not a problem", I replied passing it to her.
"So you're in first class right?"
"Yes I am"
"Okay well you're the last person that's missing in first class so, enjoy and a safe flight"
"Thank you", I said as I got on the plane.
*TERRELL POV*
"Terrell...TERRELL!", my sister Tiffany shouted as I woke up from my sleep.
"Huh?"
"Terrell you need to get up because we need to talk. Because if I never found you basically sleeping while driving, you would've been in the hospital fighting for you life right now", she barked.
"Look Tiff I had a long night. So, the last thing I need is for you to be bitching while I'm trying to sleep", I said getting more comfortable on her couch.
"Terrell I'm not bitching, I'm trying to have a conversation with you towards your problems. Why you always like to push me away when I'm just trying to be sisterly or some type shit?"
"Tiffany are we really going to do this right now?", I ask annoyedly and getting up from the couch.
"Um yes Terrell we are really going to do this right now. You are always pushing me, mom, and Isaiah to the curb. All we ever try to do to you is love you, care for you, and cater to you. But, that's just not enough isn't", she said as she looks at me disappointedly.
"Tiffany I saw dad and Ava a few weeks ago when I was suppose to go to a banquet with Kaylin and that's why I haven't spoken to you and mom for a while because the last thing I want to do is to keep stuff from you guys"
Her whole facial expression changed once I said that. Her energy was now full of envy. "Did they say anything to you?"
"Yeah Ava said something but, dad just stayed in the car"
"I can't stand that bitch"
"Tiffany-"
"Mom and dad are suppose to be together right now. But, no he left mom for a tramp that's two years younger than me. Now he's a trifling motherfucker for that", she said as she let out a dry laugh.
"Tiffany this happened years ago. We were still in high school around that time. Get over it. I've moved on so, why can't you. I mean it is what it is"
"Of course you'll say some shit like that but, change of subject what's up with you and Kaylin?"
"She left me"
She let out another dry laugh. "And I wonder why"
"If you got something to say than say it. Cause you done already got me heated up"
"Oh okay so for that being said, I think you got your mind somewhere it's not suppose to be"
"Which is?"
"The streets Terrell"
"I know. But, I think this is the last straw. She ain't coming back"
"Terrell I'm sorry"
"I mean when I came to the crib all of her shit was gone. Like I couldn't think right. I was driving as if I knew exactly where she was knowing damn well ion know where the fuck she at"
"Terrell I know how much you love her. But, let's keep shit real here. You were absent. You were absent to the relationship. She had called me crying one day thinking you're dead because you haven't spoken to her in two weeks"
"It's really over isn't?"
"Terrell I'm so sorry"
I put my shoes and jacket on and left Tiffany's house. I don't know what to do without Kaylin. I just feel lost without her.
