Soviet: I do feel bad for how I have treated people in the past.. I am not the man I used to be.

I do feel bad about what my leaders did, too. I was forced to listen to them and do what they thought was good.

I wish my government had treated people better and I wish I had too..

The guilt is what keeps me up at night..
