"Minmin, wake up! Do you know what today is? It's your birthday. You're 18 now. " My older sister said while shaking me awake.
"OK...i'm up,i'm up, stop shaking me or I will die of dizziness child 😤 "
"Hey!! Don't call me a child. I'm older than you,show me some respect."
When my sister said that, I opened my eyes and sat up while glaring at her. She went from scolding me to a terrified expression and ran out of my room, yelling, " The demon has been awakened."
I laughed at my older sisters silliness. As I calmed down, I remembered how much I missed my parents. It has been six years now, I live with my sister and her soulmate, or in any other case, my brother-in-law.
Dae and Jackson are the only ones I have, but now that I am 18, things will change, and the first thing is I will be receiving my soulmark. Until then, I stand up and get ready for the day. As I was taking pictures, I realized it was getting late, and so I called Dae to pick me up, knowing that she would gladly leave her husband to do everything for my small surprise party. So as I waited for her, I grabbed a pen from my bag. I had this urge to write down my home address down on my arm, and so I did, carefully jotting it down. I looked up to see my sister's car and got up to get in it.
I smiled a little as I looked at my sister, but that was until I looked down and saw something that was not there before.

My soulmark... I touched it and started smiling so much that my sister said it had been a while since she had seen my gummy smile. I couldn't help but think of my soulmate.
Namjoon's point of view ~
"Joon-ah, wake up! We have to go. You'll make us late for dance practice." Jin-hyung yelled while hitting two pans together.
"Alright, I'm up hyung can you please stop with the noise."
Getting up, I went to get ready for the day. Forgetting that today was my birthday. I looked down at my body in a mirror, still not seeing any sign of my soulmate. It has been two years since I turned 18, and still nothing. I am 20 as of today, and I just sigh. Once done, I walked out of the dorm and into the van.
Tae noticed how upset I looked and tried to make me feel better. " Joon-hyung...it will be ok. You'll get your mark soon. I just know it. "
'I hope you're right, Taetae." I said while looking out of the window.

I was laying down on my bed thinking about all the reasons I had not gotten my mark yet. The worst going through my mind and the what ifs.
Just as I was about to get out of bed, Jungkook ran in and said, "The food is ready," then he ran back out. I sighed for the hundredth time today and went downstairs. As I reached the last step, I looked up to see my members all looking at me.
"What's going on, guys?" I questioned and walked into the dining room.
"Joon, sit down. Maybe you should write something on your arm just in case. Maybe they're just waiting for you to go first, " Jin-hyung said. Taking his advice, I took the box of colorful pens, and I started to draw.
I smiled as I looked at the final product only to see an address? Questioning why I had an address as my mark. I just faintly smiled as the words finally ran through my mind.
I finally have what is mine, and having them is the best thing in the world. While in the background, my members were throwing a party at the news of my soulmark appearing.
