Putting The Pieces Together

We've maintained our eye contact for about 47.3456 seconds now. Not a word spoken. The longest second of my life. I took those seconds to admire his eyes. They're brown. A light brown. Hint of black. That's it. That's all I could see. Also, confusion.

He makes a upside down U with his eyes and smiles. "Hi! Minji! Im.." he says before getting interrupted by my kick on his ankle.

"Who are you! Why have you been following me! What do you want from me?" I say grabbing his collar.

He says gagging, "Let go you psycho. I'm-I'm-." I stare at him in confusion.

In a blink of an eye he's holding me by my wrists making me unable to move. "Jang Ji Woo." He says smiling at me.

"What!" I say trying to make him let go of me. "Okay! Let go! I'll cooperate with you! Just. Let. Me. Go."

He looks at me trying to assure himself that I'm not gonna try anything. He lets go and cooly rests on the safety bar in front of the look out.

"Lets continue." I say stretching my wrist. Out of nowhere, BoHee FLYKICKS! Hyun.
"You good MinJi? What was this perverted bastard trying to do to you?" She says looking down at the unconscious man.

I stare at her in disappointment. She's like my unnecessary boy guard. I wanted to fly kick him. I pout.

"Bohee. This man was the one I told you about." I say massaging the bridge of my nose, "the bus stop and inside the bus."

"Oh you finally found him? Great!" She looks at me staring up and down at her giving looks. "What? O-Oh..That.."

"Well lets clean up, we'll take him to the roof top and interrogate him." Says a blue haired man with circle glasses.

"Kim Ji hoon, we don't even know him and he's done nothing to us." Tae Eun says pushing her deep red colored hair back.

Looking at their exotic colors of hair i touched my own. I look at the group of 3 in-front of me,Lee Tae Eun has Red hair, Kim Ji Hoon has blue hair and Hwan he has a really bright purple. Why don't I too have a peculiar colour, i mean even BoHee got her hair colored orange. 

"Earth to MinJi?" Hwan says snapping in front of my face, "since MinJi's not gonna do anything me do something about this." He says something to Tae Eun and she grabs my hand and takes me to the restroom.

"Trust him, let's go." She takes me and I catch one glance at BoHee and Hwan giving an oblivious look to each other.

Its been almost 3 hours since the incident. I'm kind of starting to get worried about what the group of 4 are going to do. I look at Tae Eun scrolling through her phone. She suddenly stops.

"Hey, uh, MinJi, how are you related to that boy over there." She says putting her phone in her pockect, "I would've asked this earlier but it could be a personal matter. You don't have to tell me. But it would be better if you do." She smiles at me.

"Yeah, I-I'll actually tell you." I say making strong eye contact with her, "Like usual i was shopping for Yura and ran into BoHee, rode the bus..."

"Why'd you stop?" She says.

I start to feel dizzy again. My vision goes blurry. My head starts to hurt.

My eyesight goes black.

A see a faint image of a r-robot? Its a woman. Its staring at me. Half of this head is wires. Her hair is blue and purple thick wires. Her eyes, they're...white. She brings her hand to my face. "Child, you have no idea of what's going to happen to you." She slowly moves on to my neck and toughens her grip on my neck. "Its because of you that we have come so far." She says choking me.

I grab her hand trying to take it off me.

I open my eyes to find Tae Eun, BoHee, Hwan and Ji Hoon looking down at me. BoHee drops down next to me.

"MinJi! Are you okay? You were choking! What did you see?"

I just quietly stare at them. "Where's JaeHyun?"

They all look at me puzzled.

"That's why I'm here Choi MinJi!" A raspy voice comes from in front of us, "let me speak to her. I was sent here from Athena."

Hwan helps me sit up as Tae Eun walks up to 'Jang Ji Woo'. She unties him and we lock eyes. God he was so intimidating.
"Jeez, are you guys the gangsters of this place?" He says dusting himself, "mind giving us a few minutes? I'm not gonna hurt your gangster here."

They all look at each other and nod. "Lets go." Ji Hoo says guiding the group out of the room.

I already knew what they were gonna do. Since Hwan has the ability to hear through walls, doors and even hear stuff from miles and miles away.

Ji Woo gets up and walks towards me.
"Need a hand?" He says bringing his hand down towards me to help me up.

I slap his hand away and get up on my own.

"Okay." He scoffs, "i guess you want to get straight to the point."

I nod yes not breaking eye contact with him, watching his movements.

"Since I didn't get to introduce myself properly..."

"Just get to the point!" I cut him off.

"Fine, jeez." He sits on the chair with his arms crossed, "MinJi, i know exactly what you saw earlier, and why you were choking. In fact, after they left, I saw the same woman, she was choking me too."

I slowly walk towards him, "How did you know? Why did she say that I have no idea what's going to happen to me? And why am I giving them an opportunity to do the worst."

"MinJi, do you remember JaeHyun?" He says bringing his face closer to mine.

At this point i can feel like breathing.

"I obviously do. What does he have to do with you?"

"The lady you saw, she was from Earth. The humans, they wanted to make robots and send them on our planets to spy on us. But the robots turned against them. They started evolving. And the only people who can stop that is me" he takes a pause, "and you."

"Why me and you only? And what about JaeHyun? What happened to Jung JaeHyun!"

"JaeHyun was captured by them." He says making me flinch, "have you noticed, only 3 of your gang members are there. I'm sure BoHee is your new member. But just recall, there's five excluding you."

"Ji Hoon, Hwan, Tae Eun," I stop in my words and my expression become horrified, "Tae Min and Jaehyun..."

"Exactly, Tae Min." He says standing up tall.
