Though it was usual to work overtime at the cafe shop that I always work at these few months, I was able to get off at the regular time this day
"This is so rare~ Since it's such a nice day, maybe I should walk around for a bit before going home. Ah! Afterwards, I'll buy some snacks to eat on my way back."
Instead of the usual route, I took a detour. I walked towards a nearby convenience store and it happened that the place is across from where I walked right now
Because the traffic lights were still in green light, I waited while playing with my cellphone
At that moment, I heard the repeated blares of a truck horn and a screams from people
"Hm? What is going on?" I muttered
Then I turned my head...
It turns out that..... the truck is heading towards me...
"What the hell?! How come-?!" I shouted, panicked
I want to get away but somehow my body can't move. I don't know why I can't move, either it's because I'm scared or something.....
Immediately after, that large truck flashed before my eyes
