24 - Special Night Pt. 2

"I know I am not the best girl out there. I know I hurt you many times throughout the time we get to know each other. Therefore, I want to say I am sorry for my actions that might hurt you—intentionally or unintentionally. I appreciate every moment we were together and that is one thing that I can't change. I love you so much and I wish you know that there's no other guy but you. I have a favour to ask you—if possible, can we love each other like it was our first time falling in love? Our meeting was short and I am sad our parting is coming soon. But I want you to know, Hwang Y/n. I love you with my whole heart."

What I am hearing right now wasn't the letter from Nayeon that appear in WGM—it was Im Nayeon. The one I know personally. I got up and walked towards her. "I love you," I said softly and pulled her for a tight hug.

We were hugging each other for a few seconds before I finally broke the hug so I could see her beautiful and cute face. "I love you too," She said with her soft voice and hugged me again.

This was exactly what I expected when I imagined this night—us reading our letters for each other and exclaiming our love for each other, cuddling and cracking jokes with each other under the million stars on the sky.

~Interview Session~

Question #1 for Y/n: What do you feel when she read the letter that she wrote for you?

"I uh... I am touched—I mean, who wouldn't? A pretty girl wrote a letter to you and she read it to you in person. I must be dreaming. *chuckles* I could feel her sincerity with each word she said."

Question #2 for Y/n: What do you feel when you read the letter you wrote?

"I felt nervous and... scared? I don't know how to put it. I believe other people would feel the same way I do if they are in my place."

~End of Interview Session~

I pulled her to the spot I prepared for her to sit on before taking my letter out from my pocket. I took a deep breath before opening the letter. I made eye contact with her and burst into laughter because of how awkward the situation was.

"Alright—let me read my letter." I cleared my throat and breathe in and out before starting to read what I wrote for her.

"To, my lovely cute bunny Nayeon.

I may not know you for a long time. But I want you to know that whenever you are around—whenever I talk to you, I felt happy and energized. You made my day even more wholesome and because you support me in anything I do just add another reason for me to love you even more. I know there were some rough storms throughout our journey to loving each other even more but I believe because our love for each other is bigger than any other obstacle; we were able to go through them with ease. The day you leave me would be the day where I become a mess and honestly, I don't want you to leave me at all because I believe you are meant for me.

Please, let's love each other like it was the first time. I love you, Im Nayeon. My cute and lovely bunny. You make me feel special. Sincerely, Y/n."

I finished reading and looked at Nayeon who was looking at me, smiling despite her lips being shaky. She wiped her tears and got up. I watched her made her way towards me effortlessly and I did the same. "I love you, Hwang Y/n. I really do!" She sobbed and I pulled her closer to me, feeling her warmth while smiling like an idiot. How many people out there wished to date Nayeon? And here I am, in her embrace. I am happy that I was accepted by her for who I am.

After she calmed down from her cry, we went to an open field and sat there together with the gifts we bought for each other. Our eyes met again and we ended up in another laughter spree especially because of the fact that she cried a few minutes ago.

Jihyo Point of View

I put my phone away and waited for the food we ordered to come. I looked around the dorm and let out a heavy sigh at how messy it was. I then turn my attention towards Mina and Jeongyeon who were still trying to solve the jigsaw puzzle that they bought a few days ago.

"You guys are still not done with it?" I asked, not receiving any answer from them. I rolled my eyes and went to them, watching them as they put the piece together.

"Put this piece over there," Jeongyeon said to Mina as she handed Mina the puzzle piece. Mina put it where she was told to and studied the puzzle again.

"Why are you guys always together?" I asked them. They looked at me for a moment before returning their attention towards the puzzle again. "I—"

"Jihyo~" I turned around, seeing Momo standing near the entrance door while pouting. "When are the foods coming?" She asked while stomping her feet.

"Just wait," I rolled my eyes and returned my attention towards the two girls that were busy solving the jigsaw puzzle.

Author Point of View

You stared at Nayeon and chuckled before putting on the bunny ears that she brought from the dorm and joked around with you.

"Here is one of my gifts for you," You said and took out a box that was beautifully wrapped in a pink and white wrapper. You have more gifts for her but the rest was supposed to be a secret so you only presented one to her.

She gasped when she saw what was inside the box and immediately hugged you tightly.

[A/N: I've decided to put my focus on finishing WGM first. That doesn't mean the other books won't get any update but I'm determined to finish this one first. Also, please give some love for my other books while waiting for an update for WGM.]
