Quirk: Spatial Ring
Type: Emitter
Description: When the user makes contact with an object they can activate their quirk to make the object into a ring depending on the objects size. The user can release the object and the object will untransform from the quirk in the same state as it was before it turned into a ring.
Drawbacks: Bigger objects turn into bigger rings, which need to be placed on different body parts. Rings are skin tight so if a big enough object gets placed around chest while the user is exhaling they won't be able to breathe.
Extra Info: If an object is chained, like chains but any material, the user will be able to compact it and release the chains bit by bit or all at once.
