Chapter 7 The Rescue Of Raven

AUTHORS NOTE:  There is no excuse for not posting for a while and I am very sorry but anyway...Here it is! The rescue of Raven! Once again, y'all should really take a look at the table of contents, because as previously mentioned, some of you missed past chapters that you kinda need to read in order to understand the story fully. But then again, y'all are most likely skipping the authors notes and I'm talking to myself, so lets just get on with the story... Disclaimer: I do not own Ever After High, and in no way am I getting money from this story.

Daring POV
I gulped as I looked into the icy darkness of the unfinished wing of Ever After. And yes, I know, I am a charming ( The most handsome one might I add) but I am petrified. I thought all I would have to do was kiss Apple and boom! Instant happily ever after! But no, here I am rescuing the villain of my story. Well, kind of. But I know how much this means to my little bro. Just by the look in his electric blue eyes when he looked at her, I could tell that he would live in the mirror realm for Raven. I sighed, and looked into my mirror. My glorious reflection appeared on the smooth glass, making me feel just a little bit better. "Alright, we need to go in there and find Raven!" Dexter declared, "shouldn't we tell a teacher?" I inquired, I mean seriously, there is no reason not to tell someone who can help,rather than put yourself in a dangerous situation. But Ashlynn shook her head "we've wasted enough time already, and the nearest class room is twenty minutes from here, we need to act now."  Darling nodded "We are the Charming quadruplets, we can't back out now!"  Dexter nodded "This may not be the best invitation you've ever gotten, Daring" Dex began "but please, we need your help" I looked up at the girls, both were giving me puppy eyes. Finally, I gave in. "Alright" I mumbled.

Apple POV 
"Raven!?" I called as soon as got to my dorm, good, she wasn't there. I sat on my bed and took out my book, filliping through the worn, yellow pages, until my finger landed on the perfect thing. Chapter 7, it was titled Control, How To Control The Wearer Of An Evil Object Created By You.  "Hexalent" I breathed, softly and began to read about the ingredients necessary for the potion of how to turn a good object bad. Those would be easy to get because of Baba  Yaga's class, but stealing an extra set of ingredients would be tricky... But never mind that now, I frowned when I read the 3rd paragraph of chapter three, I was going to need to cast a spell, however I don't have powers. I was on the verge of tears when an idea hit me. I had once read about taking a portion of powers from a magical individual, and converting  it to a non magic individual, giving the other magic. I would just take some of Ravens magic, but how? I couldn't do it while she was sleeping , certainly she would wake up. Giving her an extra strong sleeping drought could work, but I had already run out of the sleeping potion that I use every night to ensure a good nights sleep, and no ingredients to enhance it. I knew I would come up with something tho, I have to.  

Dexter POV
The cold of the wing hit me hard, there seemed to be a draft coming from the chilly autumn air outside. It was dark, and I couldn't see a thing,  so I put my arms in front of me, as to not bump into something. Following close behind me were the others, Ashlynn right on my trail. Soon, our eyes adjusted to dark. ( Thank Fairy God Mother!) A rat scurried between Daring's feet, causing him to jump and cry out "RAT HELP IT CAN'T END LIKE THIS!" He howled. Darling sighed and went over to him "Daring, its just a rat, it wont kill you! And your making to much noise, we are going to be caught! Headmaster Grim said that if he found any one in here they would be expelled immediately! Do you want to lose your destiny?!" She said, raising her voice slightly. I had to admit, it was pretty smart of her to mention destiny, as Daring loved his, and would do anything to protect it. Daring simply nodded, and we proceeded to descend into the dark. With each step I thought of Raven, hoping that she was okay. Ashlynn seemed to know what was on my mind, she approached me. "Dex, I know this is hard for you, its hard for me too, I was just getting to know Raven, we were hanging out more,  and I could see why you like her so much." At that, I froze "Ashlynn! The others are here! Only you know!" I whispered, urgently. Darling giggled, slightly and came up to us "Actually, Dexter, Daring and I have known for awhile now, and Ashlynn didn't even have to tell us. All of us knew as soon as you set eyes on Raven." She said, softly. This sort of surprised me, was it that obvious? Daring chimed in "little bro, it was so obvious, the way you look at her, anyone could tell." I blushed "so, everyone knows?" I said, I felt like crawling into a pumpkin and hiding. Daring chuckled. "No, It isn't that obvious I only meant anyone in the family could tell." I sighed in relief. We began to call for Raven. Finally, we reached the bottom of the stone stares, and we all gasped, tears started to pour down my face as I set my eyes on my one true love Raven Queen.
