Upstairs in their room, Cinderella and [Y/n] each brought out two old dresses from their trunk.
"Do you like them?" Cinderella asked her mice friends.
"They were are mother's." [Y/n] finished.
"They're pretty pretty but they're old." Mary said.
"Well maybe they are a little old fashioned." The birds helped put the dresses on mannequins.
"Oh but we can fix that." [Y/n] went over to her trunk and brought out a dress magazine and opened to a page that had a picture of two dresses exactly the same color as the ones they had.
"Ooh pretty."
"We'll ruffle the sleeves." Cinderella said pointing at the picture.
"Maybe add a sash." [Y/n] added.
"Look for something for collar."
"And then we'll…"
"[Y/n]!" A voice called from downstairs.
"Oh now what do they want?" Said girl complained.
"Cinderella!"
"Cinderella!"
"Oh well, I guess our dresses will just have to wait."
"[Y/n]!"
"Cinderella!"
"Alright, alright we're coming." [Y/n] said as her and her twin went downstairs.
"Poor twinses." Jaq said sadly. "Everytime they find a minute that's the time that they begin it. Cinderelly [Y/n]y."
"Cinderella!"
"[Y/n]!" Jaq shut the door with his foot angrily.
Jaq: Cinderelly, [Y/n]y
Night and day they call the twinses
Make the fire, fix the breakfast
Wash the dishes, do the mopping
Female mice:And the sweeping
And the dusting
They always keep em hopping
Jaq: They go around in circles
Till they're very very dizzy
Still they holler
Female mice: Keep em busy twinses
"Yeah keep em busy." Jaq kicked a thimble which rolled over to where Gus was and he sat on it.
"You know what? The twinses not to go to the ball."
"What?"
"Not go?"
"What do you say?"
"You'll see, they'll fix em. Work work work, they'll never get their dresses done."
"Poor twinses." Gus said sadly.
"Hey we can do it." Mary said.
Mary: We can do it, we can do it
We can help our favorite twinses
We can make the dresses pretty
There's nothing to it really.
Mice: We'll tie sashes around them
Put ribbons through them
When dancing at the ball
They'll be more beautiful than all
It's the lovely dresses we'll make for our twinses
Hurry, hurry, hurry, hurry
Gonna help our favorite twinses
Got no time to Dilly dally
We've got to get it going
Gus: I'll cut it with the scissors.
Jaq: And I will do the sewing
Mary: Leave the sewing to the women
You go get some trimming
Mice: And we'll make some lovely dresses for our twinses

"Follow me Gus Gus, I know where to go." Jaq said and he and Gus slid down their holes, downstairs. "Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh the twinses will be surprised."
"Surprise, surprise very surprise for our twinses."
