The mortal and her two immortal friends emerge from a dirty alleyway that connects to the previously visited boutique. They arrive to an empty street, only accompanied by the howls of the wind and the darkening sky. No one but them and two stray cats are in sight. They walk past several closed shops as they make their way across a lonely sidewalk. The three girls laugh and conversate with one another, enjoying their time together.

Then, Alice's attention suddenly gets grasped by something up ahead. She doesn't hesitate to unhook her arm from Harley's and runs towards it, squealing with delight. And similar to a child, she presses her face against a showcasing glass, admiring something behind it. "No way," she joyfully exclaims. "Rose, come look!"

Still speaking with the ex criminal, Rosalie stops mid-sentence to glance at her overly-excited sister. Her and her friend share the same look of confusion, but nevertheless, she walks toward the short-haired girl, her arms folded across her chest. "What's..," her sentence gets cut off as her eyes land on something behind the glass. They light up with want and desire.

".. Uh, hey! You guys? What d'ya lookin' at ova' there," Harley asks from afar, curious as to what caught their attention. She jogs toward them, seeing them stand in front of a boutique's display window as they admire some things inside the store. Alice is captured by the attraction of a crystal necklace, while Rosalie is drawn to a diamond ring that pokes it's head out a black jewelry box.

The front of the store reads 'Northern Lights.' She remembers Alice talking about it once. She described it as a "super high-end boutique in the heart of Port Angeles. It's so exclusive, you're lucky if you can even get in. They're always, either, sold out or closed." As she looks closer into the store, she finds an expensive crystal purse standing on a silver pedestal. "Holy moly," she exclaims, pressing her forehead against the glass. She then turns to her friends, her eyes wide with amazement. "Are you guys seein' this?"

The short vampire looks over at the store's front door and finds a "closed" sign hanging off it. She releases a deep and unneeded sigh and looks at her friend and family. "They're closed," she sadly announces. "Probably won't be open til the upcoming week." A frown forms on her lips as she longingly stares at the piece of jewelry from behind the glass.

Harley notices her friend's desire. Her blue eyes shift from the expensive necklace to the woman who wants to wear it around her neck.

".. We should get going," Alice suggests. "It's getting dark."

Her and her sister give the extravagant jewelry pieces one last longing look before they continue down the sidewalk.

Suddenly, a window shatters behind them.

Harley bats aside the few remaining glass shards from the window of the store with her ridiculously heavy purse. She casually reaches in and pulls the items off it's display peditals, alongside her very much wanted purse. She has stolen one of the store's most wanted items for her friends. She turns back to the sidewalk and catches her friends staring at her.

Unfazed, she swings the little purse over her shoulder, and rolls her eyes. "I'm a bad guy, remember. It's just what I do." Harley strikes a pose and checks her reflection in the mirror. "How does this look?" Arms out, she dances a bit, reveling in her new acquisition. "Me likee."

"Harley," Rosalie starts. "You are.. seriously crazy."

"Rose," Alice scolds her sister, gently smacking her shoulder, though she's in agreement.

"Oh, it's all right, Cupcake," Harley chirps. "I know I'm crazy. Nothin' new here." A smile adorns her lips as she skips toward them with her arms outstretched, Alice's necklace and Rosalie's ring hanging from her fingertips. "But I'm only crazy for you." She playfully sings as she gets on her knees and dramatically places the stolen items in their hands. "For you, thy immortal madams."

The two sisters look down at the stolen merchandise in their hands, then at Harley, who looks up at them with a goofy grin on her face. They've never met anyone so nonchalant when committing a crime. Well, except when it's the act of literal murder. A smile appears on their lips, melted by Harley's action. I'll pay for it later, they think optimistically.

Harley's smile drops. ".. What's wrong? Why aren't you sayin' anything? Wait, are they the wrong color," she asks as she stands off the ground. "You can tell me. I can go back and - "

Her sentence gets cut as Rosalie suddenly and spontaneously snakes her arms around her shoulders, pulling her into a loving embrace, one which her sister quickly takes part in. Her walls crumble down, allowing Harleen into her inner circle of love and trust. A very small circle, might I add. The new member in her circle smiles happily and stands on her toes to embrace her tall figure. And just as things begin to look up, the store's alarm blares, announcing the world of Harley's crime.

The thief's blue eyes widen with excitement. "Does that mean we won a prize?"

The thief's accomplices quickly pull away from the hug to look at her.

Alice's golden eyes showcase the look of true fear. "Oh, my God.."

But unlike her, Rosalie takes it like a true New Yorker. She doesn't hesitate to slip the stolen ring into her designer purse. "We should probably get out of here."

Gotham's previous resident shakes her head and offers her friends a sad smile as police sirens sound off in the distance. "Don't worry, my beautiful Rosa-Lilly," she croaks. "Please, save yourself. I'm not scared to go back to prison. After all, it was all worth it. Please, don't forget me. Tell my friends and family I love them so much.. and please take care of my baby teeth. I leave them under my pillowcase for good luck," she cries out as she dramatically reaches out for her "sisters."

Rosalie simply stares at her. "We could also take the merchandise and run."

Quinn straightens. "Yeah, we should probably do that. Run!"

As the alarm continues to blare and the sirens get closer, they quickly change direction and make a run for Rosalie's convertible car. They cross the street, their recently bought designer heels clicking against the pavement as they finally make it to the car. They slip into their seats and slam the doors shut. With Harley in the passenger seat, Rosalie in the back and Alice as the driver, Alice glances at her sister through the rear-view mirror, then at Harley, making sure they're all right.
