Chapter 36: Dilemmas

Beatrice POV:

It's been two weeks already since that earthly-lust incident happened between my cousin and that biatch!

Well, for my cousin. He was fortunately able to explain his side to me. In fact I adore his honesty and genuiness for accepting and lamenting his previous mistake. He outspoken everything including what he feels for Claire and Skye.

Admittedly, I was quite envious for his determination and persistence towards his wimpy boyfie. In fact, he spend his entire two weeks, planning and pursuing Skye's forgiveness and probably hoping for another chance.

As for Claire, oh! Damn that biatch! Only if I could kick her face for free without gaining any criminal charges I wouldn't be hesitant lols.

But then again, . Save it for another what if. . but God! if you could grant me some chance.  I really want to slap her. please God.  . Just once, then I'll be at peace forever.

Anyway, as I've noticed about her. It seems like there's something wrong with her these past few days. She also had a frequent absences and missed multiple school quizzes and activities. Perhaps, theoretically she can't get over with Austin's rejection.

Anyway, Enough with the chit-chat for now coz my dad is here. You see, we are all gathered here inside the Mansion's huge-grandeur, secret office because Dad and tito Lorenzo summoned us all here to discuss some Hachenova's Business.

"I would like to apologize for stealing your precious time with you and for summoning you here all of a sudden" Dad said as he stood in front mightily

Austin let out a soft chuckle
"You don't have to apologize tito. Besides, that's one of our principles. 'Family matters always comes first above all things."

"That's very true Austin" Dad replied with a huge smile on his face "Thank you guys for confiding"

The rest of us just nodded

"Now let's get down to our real business" He continued "A week after the twins birthday, we received an Intel from Mancho, that the El Suarez family has stopped their affiliation and alliance with us and they're probably now conspiring against us"

"But we've been allies and associates for several years already. Why sudden change of mind now? Have they lost their sanity all of a sudden? We all know that they can't stand alone without us! Without our business!" I exclaimed

El Suarez family is our companion for several years already in importing and exporting illegal drugs inside and outside of Italy

"Exactly my point." Dad replied while nodding "the theory is that. . they must've been using us, our business to gain more money, power, and men. And now that they have attained it perhaps they're more confident now to conspire and go against us"

"Conspiring about what?" Axel Asked

"About stealing our very own business" dad answered, his eyes filled with rage "Mancho told me that they found two of our men dead at the back of our secluded warehouse. Our men didn't found any single trace of the culprit but I have a strong feeling that It must be their doing."

"They can't possibly steal our business from us! They have to go through our hands first before achieving that. And I really wanna see them try." Said Austin

Dad gulped several times before taking a sip on his favorite Statesman Bourbon Whiskey "We can't be too complacent. Especially now that they have the means to do so."

"After all this time, we've been cradling a snake right inside our territory! We've been busy looking outside of a beautiful-healthy fruit without knowing it's already rotting from the inside" Tito Lorenzo blustered furiously
