They were arguing yet again. Every time Thomas has an issue that needs solving, they would always use the dumbest way to solve it, by arguing. Normally, this wouldn't have bother Janus at all. He actually likes watching the others argue like a bunch of idiots, sure it gets frustrating sometimes but it is entertaining.
But today was not the day. It has been a stressful week, Janus thought he could have some time to regress for a while. But when he was finding his snake onesie, he felt the familiar tug of being summon. And now here he is, in the middle of an argument.
He had already forgotten what they were even arguing about. His mind is all jumbled up and is hard for him to concentrate. The argument was getting heated, and they were yelling louder. This stresses him out even more, and he's struggling not to regress in front of the others. The others know nothing about his regression, well except for Roman. And he would much prefer that it stays that way but is hard to keep his composure when the yelling scares him. He lets out a small whimper.
Roman heard a whimper and looks towards Janus. One look at him and he knew that Janus was about to regress. He had to think of a way to stop this and get his baby back to his room safely.
"Everyone shut up !" Roman yelled. This definitely got the others attention. Roman also gave a small apologetic smile to Janus and the other gave him a small nod in return.
"This is getting us nowhere, and is just giving Thomas a headache." The others look towards Thomas to see that he does indeed look a bit stress out.
Logan sighed, "Roman is right. This arguing has gone out of hand. We should just go calm down before we regroup and tackle this issue later. Does everyone agree with this ?" Murmurs of yes and a thumb ups was given in response.
And with that settle, everyone sunk out, leaving Thomas to take a nap. Roman quickly sunk down to his room to see his baby snake waiting for him.
"Roro" Janus whimpered while holding his arm out for Roman. Roman quickly pick him up and hold him close to calm him down.
"No yelling..." Janus whines.
"Of course, sweetheart. I'm very sorry for yelling earlier." Roman says gently while rubbing his back. "Let's watch a movie and forget about that silly argument. How does that sound, sweetie ?" Janus gave a small nod.
Roman then snapped his baby into his onesie and put in a movie. He also handed Janus his sippy cup filled with chocolate milk and his snake plushie. Both of them got comfortable and cuddle to each other. After a while, they were both asleep and snuggle up to each other, forgetting all about that silly argument.
