Little Things

Kinda sorta based on the song, "Little things" by One Direction, but it has a twist to it at the end.

Also, warning for self-harm.

"Babe, do you think I'm getting fat?" Camila asked, as she looked at herself in the mirror.

Shawn looked up from his phone screen, as he raised an eyebrow up, "No, you look perfect."

"I think I'm putting on weight," Camila whispered, completely disregarding what Shawn said. Lifting her shirt up a slight bit, only to show her stomach, "I am, they're all right."

"Honey, were you looking at twitter again?" Shawn asked, getting up from the bed as he walked towards Camila.

She just bit her lip and sighed, "I can't help it."

Shawn stood behind her, as he rested his chin on her shoulder, "Baby, you're perfect."

"No, I'm not," Camila scoffed, as she turned her head to look into Shawn's eyes. "My stomach bulges out way too much, and my thighs are too thick. I honestly don't know how you can handle me. Even personality-wise, I suck. And my singing is terrible and I should just—"

"Don't finish that," Shawn cut her off, sighing as he turned her around to face him completely. "You're absolutely perfect the way you are. Your body is perfect, from your head to your toe. Every little thing about you is flawless. Your stomach doesn't bulge out in any way, nor are your thighs fat. And listen to me," he looked straight into her eyes, as he whispered, "I fell in love with you. I fell in love with not only your looks but who you really are. Camila, those people on the internet don't know you. I know you, and I can say that I love you for who you really are. Your personality is funny and adorable, and you make me laugh the way no one else ever has. I fall more in love with you as each day passes. And your singing is the most heavenly thing I've heard. You have a unique and distinct voice, I love it."

Camila stayed quiet throughout the entire tirade Shawn went through. She only looked down at her feet, before slowly wrapping her arms around Shawn's torso.

She didn't know what she had done to deserve a man like Shawn, but she was grateful.

"I love you," she whispered, so softly that she thought Shawn didn't hear her.

But he did, and he let out a small smile and hugged Camila tighter, "I love you too, baby. It hurts me when you think of yourself like that. You're an angel and I love you."

Camila closed her eyes, almost ignoring the sting in her arm as she hugged him tighter.

Camila giggled, as she danced around the kitchen as she sang 'What makes you beautiful' by One Direction. Shawn was still in the shower, she supposed, so he didn't have to hear her sing.

"You're insecure

You're turning heads when you walk through the do-o-or"

Shawn had just finished with his shower and was now staring at Camila, who was too wrapped up in her singing that she didn't pay attention to the fact that he was there.

"Baby, you light up my world like nobody else
The way that you flip your hair
gets me overwhelmed

it ain't hard to tell"

Shawn chuckled inaudible, as Camila now twirling around.

"If only you saw what I can see
You'll understand why I want you so desperately
