There are many other questions you want to ask Aizawa, and things you want to talk about, but you remember he barely got any sleep so you decide to wait for morning. Aizawa leaves your bedroom to rest on the couch while you make a mental list of the things you want to ask him.

You slept quite a lot after the whole accident and yet you don't even struggle to find sleep once more, whatever recovery girl did to you, it really tapped into your body's reserves of energy. You wake up around 9am and feeling much better you decide to make breakfast for the both of you while Aizawa is still snoring.

If he didn't have the time to sleep, you can't help but wonder if he had the time to at least eat properly. With that in mind, you make a slightly heavier breakfast that usual. Besides you are starving, the porridge from last night long gone.

You hear Aizawa stirring in his sleep as the smell of your cooking beckons him out of dreamland, like every morning.

He slowly sits on the couch, his eyes still heavy with sleep and the face he is making shows how mentally lost he is. He must have been in a very deep sleep, because he looks like he barely even recognizes the living room.

"Y/N? Ah, you didn't have to bother cooking..." He says in a gruffy voice, but you shake your head.

"I'm feeling much better, and I'm starving too." you admit, before your stomach once again confirms. Besides, as much as you appreciated Aizawa cooking for you, you would rather avoid it.

He scraches his head sleepily, "Yeah, you can just say my porridge scared you."

You giggle, "Touché." you joke back turning to him just in time to see a small smile at the corner of his lips. Yesterday, you said both sorry and thank you, and that was a bit out of character, so he is happy to see you back to your sassy self. Somehow, he got used to your sarcasm, and came to like it.

Aizawa stands up, stretches and leaves to the bathroom to take a shower like he always does after waking up.

You realize speaking to him feels slightly different ever since your encounter with Haze that night, and you're not sure why. Is it because of what Haze told you? That Aizawa cares for you more than he should? Or is it because you kind of feel the same?

You were doing such a great job at keeping people away from you, thinking it would be best for everyone. But before you knew it, that old man grew on you. And now not only do you trust him, but you also care and though that is scary, you can't help the stupid smile on your face as you grill the vegetables.

It feels good to have someone that cares back. You're strong, but even the strongests need somebody to lean on from time to time. For now, that is enough and you don't feel like dwelling on complicated questions about the nature of those feelings, or where they might lead you to.

.......

While you both eat breakfast, you decide to ask Aizawa the questions you couldn't ask last night.

"So um, about Haze... what's going to happen to him?"

Aizawa sighs, "I'm sorry, but we can't overlook what he did. He got kicked out of the rehabilitation program."

Yeah, trying to kill someone sounds like a good reason to do so. He doesn't deserve another chance at this. You nod your head, agreeing with the decision. This guy has nothing to do with the Haze you once knew, the best thing would be to put him behind bars.

"So he's a vilain now?" you ask.

"Officially yes. As his teacher, I'm taking the responsibility to find him." he explains and you frown.
