After days of waiting for our background checks to be approved they finally were and they also had to come to check the house to make sure she would be ok here which went well so Anika was finally able to come home with us. This would be my first time seeing her after the first time I seen her so I was happy. I walked into the building hand and hand with Meek I squeezed his hand because I was nervous. "Are you ok baby." He asked rubbing the back of my hand As he held the door open for me.
"Yea I'm just a bit nervous." I said giving him a reassuring smile. "Don't worry baby everything will be fine." He leaned in and kissed me making me feel better. "Ok." We reached the front desk and the lady greeted us giving us all of Anika's paper work so we could take her home. "Thank you." I smiled at the women. "Your welcome ma'am, Anika she be down in a minute." I nodded turning towards the stairs and leaning back against Meeks chest. "I love you baby." He kissed my shoulder then my neck making me shiver.
"I love you to." I look up at him and smiled. "Here she is." I heard someone say and I look over to see Anika walking with a supervisor. Once she noticed me she smiled really hard and ran over to me giving me a big hug. "Ms. Onika!!" She yelled giggling uncontrollably as I spun her around. "I missed you princess." I stopped spinning and held her in my arms. " I thought you left me forever." She pouted. "But what did I promise you?" I poked her button nose and she smiled. "That you would come back." She answered and laid her head on my shoulder.
"Guess what happens today?" I rubbed her back. "What?" She responded playing with my bra strap. "You get to come home with me and stay with me forever." I told her and she got so excited which made me happy. "Duds this mean you love me?" She looked up at me with puppy dog eyes and a pout. "Yes princess I love you sooooo much!!" I squeeze her and kissed all over her face. "Me love you to Ms. Onika." She pecked my cheek and smile playing with the necklace I gave her.
"Who him?" She asked pointing behind me. I looked back at where she was pointing and it was meek. " That is my husband and don't point its rude." I told her putting her hand down. I walk her over to meek so I could properly introduce them. "Anika this is Mr. Meek he's my husband, baby this is Anika my princess." I stood in front of him with her on my hip. "Hi Mr. Me." She waved at him smiling and he spoke back and kissed her forehead.
I gave her to Meek and told him to go to the car so I could speak to the lady at the desk. He said ok and gave me a kiss going to the car. "Thank you so much Ma'am I really appreciate you." I said to her as I walked up to the desk. "No thank you she's been here sense she was four." That's so sad I wonder what happened with her parents. "Do you know why she's here?" I leaned against the counter. "Her parents just came and dropped her off so not really." She responded.
"Well I'll be on my way now bye." I said as she walked away and she said bye. I got to the car to see Anika sitting on Meeks lap in the front seat. "Why aren't you in your car seat Mamas?" She turned her head my way. "I sit here for only when you gone. I go de're now." I laughed at the way she put that sentence together as she crawled to the backseat and Meek got out to strap her in.
Once he got back in his seat he put his seat belt on and I followed suit. "Baby." I heard Meek say so I looked over at him and he pecked my lips quickly making me laugh. "I get kissy to?" Anika asked tapping Meek pointing to her lips so meek leaned back and pecked her little lips and she giggled. "Tank you." She said and he chuckled. "Your welcome princess."

"Mamas come here please!" I called for Anika to come up stairs. "I come." She said as I heard her little feet hitting the hard wood floor in the hallway. "I here." I looked at her tiny frame in the doorway way as she stood there moving her hips around in a circle. "Why are you so hyper did Meek give you candy?" I asked her taking off her clothes so she could have a bath. "No him gave me soda. I in trouble?" She asked as I took off her last piece of clothing.
"No princess get in." I said making a hand motion towards the bubble bath that I had gotten ready for her. She got in and sat down playing with the bubbles. "Can you get in?" She asked still playing with the bubbles. "No I can not but I'll stay in her with you." I said taking a seat on the step stool I bought for her and getting on my phone. "Ms. Onika?" I looked up from my phone. "Yes bebé." I felt her little hand touch my face.
"Are you and Mr. Meek my new mommy and daddy?"I smiled really hard at the thought of her calling us that. "Do you want us to be?" I asked and she nodded imitating my smile. "Ok then that's what we'll be then." I pecked her lips and stood up. "Stand up mamas." I grabbed her wash rag and put some body wash on it rubbing it to make the body was foam. "Arms up." I instructed her and she followed my instruction.
~After Her Bath~ I wrapped her in a towel and carried her to her room so she could get dressed for bed. I put her on a pink silk shorts and shirt set putting her hair into a messy bun. "Ok time for bed princess you need your beauty sleep." I said as I picked her up and tucked her into her Dora the explorer clovers. "But I not tired mommy." She said before yawning. "Sounds like a personal problem." She started whining and kicking her feet.
"Uh uh don't start, you are tired so go to sleep." I warned her but she ignored me and kept whining. "What's going on?" I heard Meek say as he walked in. "She fighting her sleep." He picked her up and kissed her forehead while rubbing her back. "Why are you giving her a hard time princess?" He asked her as she calmed down. "I wanted you daddy." She replied to him putting her face in his neck and he looked at me with an shock expression and I nodded knowing what he was thinking.
"All you had to do was ask for me princess don't whine, you know how to talk." I watched them talk and interact until he put her to sleep. "Baby why are you crying." Meek said to me breaking me out of my thoughts and I wiped the tears I didn't even know I had. "That was the cutest thing I've ever saw in my life." I told him and he laid Anika down in her bed tucking her in. "Let's go to our room baby." I grab his hand leading him to our room.
"I want to cuddle I'm tired." I complained getting under the covers and moving over so meek could spoon me. "Goodnight baby I love you." He said as he kissed my shoulder. "Goodnight love you to baby." I said before going to sleep. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The errors when Anika is talking are there to make it sound like a small child talking but excuse the ones that are not.
