NAGITO POV
"Are you ready for bed Hajime?" I mumble sleepily, padding across the room to where he was seated on the edge of the couch, staring mindlessly at his phone. His mouth opens in an 'O' shape and he lets out a yawn. I can't help but chuckle, he's so incredibly cute~and I get to keep him!
He plugs his phone into the charger then stumbles sleepily towards me, nearly falling. I catch and hold him up by the elbows.
"If you were this tired you should have gone to bed much earlier!" I scold. He shrugs lazily, and nuzzles his head into my chest. I roll my eyes and easily pick him up, bridal style.
I carry him into the other room and carefully lay him out on the bed. "Sweet dreams, Haji-chan~" I whisper.
"Nagito...." He mutters drowsily, tugging on my jacket. I shake my head slightly, smiling, before crawling into the other side of the bed, snuggling into Hajime's side before gently drifting off.
NO ONE'S POV
(some time later...)
A tall figure, silhouetted by the moon, stands over the bed the two lovers were snuggled in.
"Komaeda Nagito...and his companion." He mutters softly. He bends down and carefully wiggles Hinata out of Komaeda's grip; taking extra caution as to not wake either of them up as that would just cause unnecessary difficultly.
Now holding the sleeping human in his arms, he turns back to the window and opens it. Securing his grip on his victim, he steps off the ledge and disappears into the night.
NAGITO POV
I open my eyes expecting to see my partner still lying next to me but..he's not? I guess he woke up before me, and wanted to let me sleep in.
"Hajime!" I call, hopping out of bed. There is no response.
I frown. Strange.
"Hajime!?" I call out again, my concern growing. Again, nothing!
I inhale sharply through my nose hoping to catch his scent nearby but...there is nothing!!! Where is Hajime!?!?!?
I start to panic, pacing the room, what should I do, what should I do..?!
And that's when I notice a neatly-folded note on the night-table.
