Hey guys! This was requested by lunaeclispe22 and omg I love how it turned out! I hope you guys do too! Also, be on the look out for a new book from me tonight 😉

Patton huffed, going into Logan's room. "Ok mister," he said. "You need to learn to go outside once in a while, yknow? You spend all day in here! It’s not good for you!”

Logan sighed softly. “I do believe I’m quite alright, Patton,” he mumbled. This wasn’t the first time that Patton had done this, though he was curious this time. Patton had his hands behind his back...he didn’t have to wonder for long, though.

The moral side pulled his hands out, producing a small plant. “Ok,” he said. “I got you this. You need fresh air, and if you don’t go outside, then gosh dang it I’ll bring the inside to you!” He giggled and sat the small house plant on Logan’s desk.

He blinked and looked it over. “An African Violet…” Logan hummed. “Alright, fine. I’ll agree to keep this in here as long as it keeps you away from me while I work.” He led Patton out and ended up smiling at the small plant. He kept it with him as he worked, humming a bit.

Of course, this did not keep Patton away. He agreed to stay away again….if Logan got more plants. Well, Logan felt he was winning in this situation. After a month, he had his original violet, a Chinese money plant, an aloe plant, a calathea plant, and many others. Many of these he’d actually bought himself.

Logan was not willing to admit he had a...small addiction to caring for these plants. They were nice to look at, very aesthetically pleasing. And they smelled pretty nice. They were very easy to care for, also. It gave him something to focus on other than work, really.

Patton knocked, coming to bring Logan some lunch. He went in and paused, seeing Logan’s room had been taken over by the plants. “What did I do…?” he whispered, looking around.

Logan looked up with a smile, having been caring for his plants. “Oh, hello Patton,” he hummed, putting his dark blue watering can down. “How may I help you today?”

Patton sputtered for a moment before giggling. “Here,” he said, handing him his food. He had something he wanted to give Logan, so he ran to grab it. He came back with a small little succulent, a small pincushion cactus.

He handed it to Logan with a small smile, giggling softly. “Like it?” Patton asked gently, smiling a bit more as Logan looked it over.

Logan chuckled and nodded, holding the small plant tightly. “Thanks,” he chuckled. Once Patton left, Logan smiled.

He placed it next to the original violet that Patton had given him. He grabbed his label maker and placed a small label on the plant pot.

“Patton Jr.”
