The sound of two metals striking each other rang in your ears. You looked at your side again and saw the girl that kept pulling the heavy chains, producing a hard and non-resonant sound. 'Why is she doing this? Soon, we're gonna get silenced by the guards!" You glared at her and pushed your back at the wall.
A few seconds later, you heard loud foot steps that seemed to be going at your cell. You frowned at what you saw; the cruel demon stood in front of your cell.
"Who has been pulling the chains since yesterday!? Both of you, stop moving or I'll make one of you the sacrifice!" the demon roared outside our cell.
"Hey! (He/She) did it! Take (him/her) to the King and sacrifice this b♫tch!" you clenched your jaw tightly and glared at her. "What are you gonna do, red face?" you ignored her remarks and tried to kick her slim body, but the chains held you on your spot.
The demon had concluded and opened the cell with a key that's carved into a heart that has been punctured by thorns. The moment the demon opened the cell door, it made a loud creak sound which made you cringe instead of being enraged.
The demon looked at you intently as they slowly walked towards you. "Stop! I swear I have only been sleeping my way through this hell! Please, don't let me be the sacrifice." you tried to plead, unfortunately, they just ignored you.
"W-what do you t-think you're doing?!" you said as turned your head to the side in hopes to see what the demon is doing. They had replaced your chain with cuffs and pulled your weak body outside the cell.
"W-we can talk t-this o-out, right!? Haha!" the demon only looked down at you and glared. "Shut your mouth, filthy peasant." they said. You frowned and slouched while walking.
As you tiredly walked your way with the demon, you noticed that stronger demons seemed to increase and they all gave you a sly look. 'What's their problem?' you felt uncomfortable, hence you decided to look down while walking.
"This unworthy peasant is our today's sacrifice." you quickly raised your head and saw an enormous door opening in front of you. In astonishment, you were only able to stand weakly as you saw torches light up one by one. 'F-f♫ck!'
"I'll take it from here-" suddenly, you were pushed on to the floor. You looked up and saw two demons fighting. "Get away! I shall be the demon who gives the sacrifice to our mighty king!!" the demon said with pride.
"How immature. Shall I call the king, then?" the other demon said with a grin on their face. The demon abruptly seemed to shrink and looked like a hopeless puppy. They looked at you and harshly shoved you to the other demon.
"Hahaha! Another sacrifice, indeed! I am honored to bring this livestock to my dear king!" the demon chortled as they looked up in awe.
Suddenly, you felt everything blurrily go upside down. "Disgusting." you heard the demon say as your body was in agony. Slowly, your sight was enveloped by a sea of darkness.

Quincy looked intently at his livestocks face. He moved the hair strands away blocking your face and caressed them. "Oh~ this is gonna be an amusing supper, hm~" Quincy hummed a random tune as he continued to happily look at you, or it seemed so.
"Worthless livestocks always wake up late, huh!? My fun is gone when I can't eat you alive, lowly peasant-" as if you showed that you aren't worthless, you slowly opened your eyes.
"Nyahaha!" Quincy pointed his finger at you while laughing. You looked to your side and saw him. You looked around and noticed that leather straps trapped your legs and arms.
You inaudibly cursed as you felt no hope in removing the straps. "Hm~ I shoulg get my utensils and begin to eat this livestock! Nyahaha!" he said. 'Urgh.. this is pure b♫llsh♫t!' You tried to wiggle your way out, but, again, nothing really happened.
You heard foot steps in a skipping manner from behind your head. "H-hey! Release me! I'm innocent!!" you shouted. He moved to your side and raised an eyebrow at you.
He lowered his head and whispered, "Oh? You came from hell, dirty livestock. Don't think you're a mere innocent thing." you turned your head to the right and realized his face was just a few inches far away from yours. You instantly looked away and knit your eyebrows.
"Tell me, before I devour your weak body, what did you always wanted to happen in your pathetic life?" he said in a flat voice; your eyes slightly widened in shock. "Is it even worth telling you? What's your benefit if I say it?" you asked.
"Hahaha! Do you really think I can get anything from you?!" he snickered. You stayed silent and waited for his response, you were gonna die anyway.
"Say, the demon king Quincy will grant you a wish if you answer my question, yeah?" he said. You looked at your side and raised an eyebrow at him. "I don't trust you." you mumbled. "What? I can't hear you!" he moved his head near your ears and shouted.
"Just end me, okay!?" you snapped at him. "Aren't you a disrespectful livestock, huh!? Nobody dares to speak back to a significant king!" he yelled as he pounded his hand near your head. You were surprised by his sudden action, so you closed your eyes tightly and unconsciously gulped.
"Answer my question, d♫mn livestock!" he yelled again. "O-okay! I'm s-sorry! I just wanted to l-live peacefully and meet someone who can m-make me feel important a-and never leave my side, but turns out, it wasn't m-my fate to begin with!! Sh♫t! " you shouted while closing your eyes.
Suddenly, you felt a hand tightly hold your jaw. You opened your eyes in fear and saw his face displaying anxiety, but he quickly gained composure when your eyes met his. "Argh.. why does my new ability have to be like that!? Fu- whatever! You are a rat and a livestock! Curse it!" he angrily grunted to himself.
Quincy swiftly covered your eyes as he leaned in near your jaw. "나중에 봐요/じゃあね." he whispered in a low voice. You felt a warm and soft thing touch your cheeks before it ended within a second.

"The sea looks great today, isn't it?" you looked behind you and saw a creature emerging from the bushes. It looked like a fearsome creature for a normal person, but you felt somehow good seeing it.
You looked back at the sea and patted the mat you are sitting on, indicating that there's space for them. The sound of the small waves crashing on to the sea shore calmed you as for it felt like heaven.
The creature sat beside you and hummed a random tune. "You know, I always wanted to have company, thanks." you looked at it and said. The creature nodded.
"Where are you from?" you asked. It was silent for a while, but it spoke. "Hm~ it's a secret! Nyahaha!!" it said. You pouted as you pulled your legs to your chest.
