The Girl That Never Smiles

we walk together in this journey to discover parts of ourselves , i can't promise it will be always pleasant but to start loving ourselves and others we have to embrace the good and the bad in us. we are humans after all , we are perfectly imperfect .

just have a little faith , you are full of wonders .

the bottled letter today might not be perfect , and it is just fine it still holds a meaning to me at least . it reminds me of a really close person to my heart , who i couldn't help no matter how hard i tried so i hope this can help someone else .

be optimistic you can make your own colorful place .

Here i will throw the bottle in the ocean , let's pray it reaches the person who needs it .

In the city of wealth and rapacity was born a girl that was rumored to be the unhappiest child in the whole city ,she cried from the moment she opened her eyes to the world till the moment she fell asleep , she cried for days and days non stop ,and nothing could cheer her up .

no matter what her parents did it didn't work ,they thought maybe she was sick ,so they brought every doctor in the city and offered a lot of money to anyone who could figure out what was wrong with their child . sadly no one knew what makes her cry .

it is not just the tears but the look in the child's eyes that was so sorrowful .
the parents lost hope in making their child happy , they brought her every toy that any child could ever want ,but still nothing worked .

with days passing and the girl growing her tears stopped but that didn't stop the sadness in her eyes , she never smiles .

a year after a year after a year ,her sadness grew and so did she .
at 10 years old the city still remembers the sad child , whenever she walks around their fingers point " that is the girl that never smiles "
their gazes were cold and so were their words ,they saw her the cause of every misfortune in the world .

no one understood the girl or even tried , not even her parents . they thought toys and clothes could draw a smile .
they needed to understand that true feelings can melt the ice so then they could truly understand their child .

the true problem was in her eyes ,from the moment she opened them she only saw every thing in black and sometimes colorless , everything was fake and emotionless ,she saw the world in its true color .

one day the girl had enough ,the gazes and words never stop , so she packed a bag and ran away . and she swore to find a color no matter what it took .
she traveled for days and days but still there was only colorlessness . the more she travels the more her sadness grows the falsity of the world made her eyes close .

she sat under a tree with her head down low ,she accepted her fate and swore " i will never ever open my eyes again ,what is left in the world to see if it's so hollow "

at that moment she heard a small voice " would you like to buy one of my beautiful flowers , it only costs half a pound "

with her eyes still closed she answered " go away , there is nothing beautiful in this world you must be blind "

the flower girl said sadly " even though i am blind the beauty still exists , i can feel it "

-" how can you tell , you are blind , you know nothing it is all black and fake "

-" well... just buy one of my flowers miss , it will make your day"

-" are you deaf too ! i said go away , i can't see any color the world is just pale "

the flower girl held her basket close to her and moved away but before she was gone she said " you know miss the problem is you , you never open your eyes enough to see how beautiful the world is it is not the ugliness you see . just one smile can make someone's day ,try to smile and all your problems will fade away.
