This isn't really a story... it's kinda a question and my thoughts I guess? Life is so beautiful, but it can turn on you so quickly and quietly you'll never realize it's happened. When family leaves or dies someones there to pick you up, but what if they leave and you never get to see them again or if your taken?...It's like your light turning into darkness..It's as if everything you knew changed. Just lke a person you looked up to as a child, you get older and learn that sometimes that person isn't who you thought they were. They're not as great and wonderful than you thought. Yeah i get it that's life you grow up, you learn things, you see things from a different perspective but it's still hard. you'll still want to rely on the things that you can't. Just be a little kid doing what ever you want,running around all day, not having a care in the world but when something bad happens, you just close your eyes and hope it goes away. When you open your eyes again though, reality hits hard swallowing you whole to make sure you don't miss a single detail on what's really happening.
The Darkness Comes to Life:
i see nothing
i hear nothing
it's too dark there's no light
and then i hear
i hear screaming
i see a light
the light is you i can see you
i reach out
and there's nothing
nothing but the darkness swallowing me whole
