"They came!" Hazel shouted excitedly as we heard the ringing of the doorbell sound .
Franky speaking I think Hazel is more excited than me for meeting Evan as she wants to look at him in real and know him in person. Hazel is a fan of Evan and according to her Evan is the most intelligent and handsome gentleman in the whole world .
"I will open the door " Hazel ran to open the door shouting like and excited kid who was waiting for their best friends to show up on Christmas. Hazel is like a kid trapped in a adults body. I smiled at her childish nature and looked at mom who returned the smile.
"You look very beautiful Lisa" Mom said holding my hand in a loving way. I was wearing a long royal blue dress which reaches up ankle.

Hazel said I looked breathtakingly beautiful and Evan would go crazy seeing me . Actually I choose that dress because it simple and elegant and I don't want someone to think that I dressed up for him which I didn't. Liar ! Liar ! Pants On Fire ! My innersoul mumbled and I rolled my eyes as a reply.
"Welcome ..welcome .. we were waiting for you . " Dad side and hugged Kevin with a grin. Dad was about to take a step towards Evan to hug him but what Even next did shocked all. He immediately took a step back angrily and glared at dad for a moment but quickly covered his anger to his usual expressionless face looking away from dad and looking straight at me which suddenly made me nervous . I know Evan was dad's favourite then and even now. I also know that dad used to be Evan's favourite once in the past but mom said he wasn't anymore. Mom told me that Evan hates to even look at dad's face after he sent Evara away from house and hates him so much after Evara's death . Dad stood frozen like a statue in his place but thanks to Hazel who stepped in and made the atmosphere less tense .
" Hey! I am Hazel , Lisa 's intern. Nice to meet you all and mainly you Mr. Evan. I need to interview you and see how much you are suitable to our Lisa!" Hazel said and all smiled
"Nice to meet you Hazel ." Kevin said whereas Evan just chuckled audibly. I think Hazel and Evan got along very nice as they were conversing from the past fifteen minutes. I was standing almost ten feet away from them so I can't hear them and I literally have no idea what they are talking about but my innersoul is really curious.
We sat and ate dinner . I sat in my usual place as Thank God Kevin didn't occupy it. Evan and Hazel sat together and Hazel was talking nonstop where as Evan was either making a little sound from his mouth or nodding in his head in yes or no. After dinner we all sat near the beautiful Christmas tree sipping champagne and talking about thier times. After sometime all started exchanging the gifts. All of them exchanged gifts except me and Evan. I was hesitating and I guess he was too as I can see a gift in his hand which he was trying his best to hide from others.
"Now it's your turn to exchange gifts. " Hazel excitedly announced looking at me and Evan. We both smiled nervously before taking a step towards each other. " Merry Christmas " He said and gave me the gift which I took nervously. "Thank you and Merry Christmas to you too. " I said and gave him my gift along with the letter which I neatly wrapped in gift wrap. Thanks to Hazel for choosing such a bright violet colour wrap .
