Hayes walks threw the door with black eye he has a cut on his cheek he got a pretty bad beating but from who?

I decided to speak up

"What the hell hayes what happened to you??"

"Umm...I was walking minding my own buisness until I heard screaming it kinda sounded like you and I got worried he was hitting the girl her name was amber anyway I couldnt just walk by like nothing was happening so I went to distract him so she could get away then she got away but I got a beating...."
