Waiting on a bench I look though our texts and just how we got where we are. Tears dropping slowly.
~flash back~

I hide behind my mother's leg as three figures stand at our door smiles on their faces. My eyes widen as they where skeletons and I peak out more to get a better look. I lock eyes with someone behind their legs. Another Skelton!

"This is my child y/n, say hi sweetie."

"Hi"
The adults laugh and the boy come from behind introducing himself as goth.
~flash back end~

We where 3 at the time and quickly became inseparable as we grew up. When I was 14 I had grown feelings towards my friend. We went besties anymore as a new member joined our crew named pallette and had taken over that role.

~flashback~
I stand in front of our highschool, walking forward as I begin to find my locker. I had found out I was locker buddies with someone named fresh. We exchanged pleasantries before heading to our classes.
~end~

I look up from my phone to see the person who texted me to meet them here.
"Hey"
"Hey"
"So what did you call me here for?"
"Help. I need your advice."
"Go on" I felt a ball well up in my throat.
"I-i like pallette!" A purple hue covering his face. As I choke back tears
"Then tell him, he likes you back dumbass"
He nods as we sit there as he takes deep breaths and I try to even out my breathing.
"I'm gonna tell him!bye I'll text you the answer! Thank you!!" Once he was out of sight I let the tears fall as I get up and begin to walk home praying that I don't run into them. As I reach my home. I get a notification.

The tears fall faster as I type a response back.

I change contacts and message my other friend now inside my room.

I grab my blanket off my bed and sit on the couch cocooned in it crying as I wait for fresh to get here.
A bit later the door opens as fresh rushes in bags in hands.
"God are you okay!?"
He sits the bags down before sitting next to me pulling my form towards him as I began to cry again.
After I calm down fresh puts on a movie  and leaves  to pop the popcorn.

Halfway though the movie I had fallen asleep,fresh looks at me before getting up turning off the movie and getting out a spare mattress and need things and goes to sleep.

It had been nearly two months since they had started dating. The problem however is I still loved goth. But I was more then fine if he was happy even If I wished it was me.

I was sitting at my normal table with fresh.
"I gotta go guys I promised I'd meet up with pallette"
Fresh sends me a worried look before nodding as everyone else gave a vary of okays and yep.

I make my way over to the library and enter surprisingly goth not behind the counter. I walk in further before I stop at the sound of a moan, followed by yelp. Tears pricking my eyes I turn around and leave having my stuff already with me I sit in my last class of the day clearing my tears from my vision as I wait.

It was after school and not long after I had closed my locker I was thrown against it, turning my head I saw the jocks.

After being beaten I stand up and make my way to my car and drive home.

Tomorrow was the weekend...
I had planned to hangout with goth and pallette at a carnival that was in town. Then Sunday go with my group to it.

I sigh as I pull into the driveway and unlock the door stepping inside I begin to cook dinner and do my homework. After eating I take a shower and get dressed in my pajamas before going to my room and reading a book before going to bed.

"Yyy/nnn!"
"Hi pallette
" hey"
"What do we wanna do first?"
Pallette lists off a bunch of things before running a head.

Goth stops me and faces me.
"What's wrong?"
"Huh?"
"You've been sad of recently"
I try not to let my tears fall as that line had struck a line in me.
"I'm...I'm happy that your happy goth."
"What do you mean?"
Tears now falling  saying between stuttered breaths as I give out a whisper.
"I- I wish it was- was me...who made you that happy"
Goth looks at me shocked mouth open, I clench my fists as I turn on my heel and walk away to the exit and just continued walking until I had made it back home.
