No One's POV, 11th Feb 2019, 8:00AM. Ebott Island

Disclaimer: I do not own or am associated with Pokemon or Undertale in anyway. If I was, Ash would have always had an OP team.

Undyne and Alphys both walk into Sans' and Papyrus' house, which was currently occupied by Papyrus, Toriel and the Dreemurr children. "HELLO YOU TWO! WHAT BRINGS YOU INTO OUR HUMBLE ABODE THIS FINE MORNING?" Papyrus greeted the two warmly. The two wore uncertain expresssions. Papyrus noticed this and steeled himself for whatever news he was going to get.

"Well, we probably should have been more careful in just reporting Sans for 'intentionally' harming Frisk. A good majority of the anti-monster party is using this incident as an argument that Monsters are too dangerous for them to live in harmony with." Undyne explained, knowing Alphys was still overthinking the situation and was pretty nervous.

"What? You have got to be kidding me!" The three adults in the entrance room looked up towards the stairs, where they saw the three children coming down. Toriel was off cooking the children's breakfast before they headed to school. "AH! THERE YOU LOT ARE. COME ON, GO INTO THE KITCHEN. YOUR MOTHER HAS PROBABLY FINISHED MAKING YOU ALL YOUR BREAKFAST!" Papyrus told the children.

Chara quickly shook her head.

"No no, that can wait a few extra minutes. What were you talking about these anti-monster party people?" Chara said, a dangerous undertone to her voice that translated to "Tell me now or regret it later." Undyne rolled her eyes at Chara's antics. "Yes, you heard us correctly punk. And believe me, none of us are happy about this either." Undyne said, pinching the bridge of her nose in frustration.

"But haven't you told them it was an accident that occurred while Sans was actually trying to protect me?" Frisk said, worry seeping into her voice. Alphys nodded. "W-w-we have, b-but t-t-t-they don't want t-t-to l-listen t-to us, i-it seems." Alphys stuttered out nervously. It seems she has managed to get her nerves together.

"That's so annoying. What are you guys going to do about it?" Asriel asked. Undyne shrugged. "We're still thinking about it. We're technically walking on very thin ice. If I had to be brutally honest, the one big reason we're not being steamrolled by anti-monster punks, is surprisingly because of Mettaton." Undyne mused. The children and even Papyrus looked pretty shocked.

"What?" They all asked collectively, not knowing how the dramatic robot could be such a big buffer between them and people who didn't want them up on the surface.

"Yeah, a lot of the humans actually really seem to love him, so obviously this respect not only affects Mettaton, but extends to basically all of Monsterkind, as that was where Mettaton came from."

Oh. That explained it.

To be fair, this was very true. Mettaton's debut to stardom and fame was actually when the main monsters (Toriel, Papyrus, Undyne, Alphys, Mettaton, Asgore, Asriel, Frisk, Chara and Sans) had their interview, shortly after they were (just barely) accepted in by large majority of humankind. Mettaton, being the, well, robot he was, showed off and gave a dramatic show. Surprisingly, a lot of humans watching that interview became fans of Mettaton.

And now?

Mettaton has his own TV show. Said robot was actually not on Ebott Island; He was in the states performing on a 'world tour' of his. It's been successful thus far.

"Anyways, you punks head off to the kitchen to eat and get ready for school!" Undyne ordered. Reluctantly and knowing that they would be late if they did otherwise, the three children headed over to the kitchen, where they were greeted by a warm "Good morning!" from Toriel.

Sighing, the three adults turned to look at each other again. "Another thing that we probably should let you and Toriel know, there's going to be meetings and press conferences that we should really attend, related to the monster and human alliance." Undyne said. Papyrus nodded. "I SHALL LET TORIEL KNOW ONCE THE CHILDREN GO TO SCHOOL TODAY."

"T-thanks Papyrus. W-well, I g-guess we can a-a-all discuss t-t-this later at dinner." Alphys stuttered. "ALRIGHT. WE'LL SEE YOU ALL LATER!"

Papyrus showed the pair out. Papyrus then headed to join the others for breakfast in the kitchen.

"Oh Papyrus there you are! The children were just telling me Undyne and Alphys popped in to say hi." Toriel greeted Papyrus. Papyrus nodded. Then said skeleton quickly checked the clock on the wall and realised the children were late. "OH MY! YOU THREE ARE LATE FOR SCHOOL! COME ON, THE GREAT PAPYRUS WILL QUICKLY TAKE YOU ALL TO SCHOOL!" Papyrus announced loudly.

There was a few minutes of frantic last minute preparations before everyone piled up into Papyrus' convertible. Toriel gave the kids last minute hugs and kisses before they sped off for school, leaving Toriel waving as they drove off.

As they finally went out of view point, Toriel dropped her hand and sighed. She slowly went back into the house, where she began to fill out more paperwork and legal documents that would determine if she would be fit to become an elementary teacher.

Humans were still wary of monsters after all...

As Toriel was going through paperwork, she sighed as she realised normally the kids would be walked to school by Sans. Papyrus normally would be over at the police station, with Undyne, helping out wherever he could.

Instead, he had taken a day off today to ensure that there was someone who could take the kids to school, knowing that normally Sans did that job for Toriel. Toriel felt bad that Papyrus had taken a day off just to do a job she herself could do, but nonetheless, she was grateful for the skeleton's antics.

Speaking of skeletons, her mind began thinking about another certain skeleton.

She sighed. She knew that she would be seeing Sans in person again within the next four years or so, but that felt so long.

She wondered what Sans was up to at the moment. The paperwork really was getting very boring.

No One's POV, 11th Feb 2019, 12:15PM. Vermillion City.

The aforementioned skeleton himself and his team were actually preparing themselves for their fight for the thunder badge against Lt. Surge. Not that they really needed it, Sans' team was far too overpowered at this point. Still, they didn't want to be overconfident and blow it.

"Now Char! Blaster storm!"

While the rest of Sans' party was resting or lazing around, relaxing before they challenged the gym at 4:00PM, Charizard being Charizard did not want to rest and Sans knew that his brother would not rest no matter what. So he decided it'd be a fun time for the two of them to practice some new move combos.

"Chaaaaaar..."

Aiming with his left claws, Charizard used psychic to 'theoretically' hold his opponent in place. In this instance, they were using a rock as a target for accuracy. As per usual, Charizard's left claw was surrounded by a blue glow, signalling the use of blue magic that Sans had taught him, as well as his right eye going black and his left eye flaring up blue with energy.

"...riiiiiiiii..."

Gesturing with a sort of wave to the air behind him with his right claws, Charizard summoned around 15 blasters and had them surround and aim at his target, the rock.
