Dally's POV

"Ugh yeah I'll take... 2 large fries 2 burgers with extra pickles and 2 large milkshake, one Vanilla and one chocolate for the kid," I winked at Johnny who glared at me as I continued, "2 cokes and a slice of apple pie with extra whip cream."
The waitress stared at me with wide blue eyes and she finished writing down the order, "ugh-anything else?"
I put down the menu and leaned back in my chair giving her my signature crooked smile, "yeah darlin hows about a sweet kiss?"
She sputtered and her cheeks heated, "u-ugh- I'll have that right out sir, "and she scurried away to put in the order.
I chucked a bit to myself and turned my head to do my favorite thing in the world, look into those big beautiful brown eyes of Johnny Cade's, that we're unfortunately at the moment, planning my murder.
"What?" I asked innocently.
"You about killed that poor waitress," Johnny quietly spat.
"Johnny cakes," I said acting shocked, "are we a bit Jealous?"
Johnnys face heated up, "NO I-"
"Good," I cut him off leaning closer to him from across the table, " because believe me when I tell you Johnny cade ain't nobody in this world could take my attention away from you and those pretty brown eyes of yours."
Johnnys eyes went wide and his face rivaled a tomato, "pretty— Brown— whaa"
Before I could tease the poor boy any further the waitress set down our food and gave me a flirtatious smile, "here you go boys- and about that kiss-"
"Sorry sugar," I said with a wave, "afraid my heart belongs to someone else thank you for the fantastic service though love."
She scoffed and stomped away.
Johnny chucked and started in on his fries, "Damn Dallas I didn't even know a tough greese like you could have a heart."
I cracked a smile and picked up my burger savoring the flavor and spoke between bites, " yeah it ain't much Johnny but it's all I got so you better take good care of it."
Johnny let out a small smile and blushed.
Yeah I had a heart alright and it was sitting right across from me in that diner.
