I nearly drop dead as I stand In front of the gates, separating me and the large house. I push the gates open and follow the stone path, to the door.

I press the doorbell and hold my bag tightly in my hands as I wait.

The door opens and I look down to see a house elf, greeting me.

"Hello Ms. Delvaux" he says politely.

"Oh Hello sir, you can just call me Stella" I smile down.

My parents never hired a house elf. They thought it was a form of abuse. I agree, treating someone or something like they're below you because they're different is cruel.

The elf, turns out his name is Eli, guides me through the house. The halls are a dark shade of grey, with the celling lights above. It's large too, but it doesn't feel like much of a home.

"Stella!" Draco smiles, opening his arms.

"Hi!" I smile back, dropping my bag and walking towards his open arms.

His arms wrap around me and he pulls me into a hug. I take in his trying scent of vanilla with a hint of pine.

"I've missed you" I mumble into his chest

"I've missed you too" he whispers back.

"You must be Stella"

I look up from Dracos chest and see a older woman, in her late 40s. She's dresses in a black dress. Her hair is down past her shoulders, black on the top layer, grey on the bottom.

I pull away from Dracos warmth and straighten up.

"It's very nice to meet you Mrs. Malfoy. You have a very lovely home" I gush.

"Thank you and please call me Narcissa" she corrects. "I've heard much about you, and glad we can finally meet. Draco, show Stella up to the guest room and then come down for dinner"

Draco smiles at his mum and grabs my bag for me. He guides me to the large set of stairs and down the hall. He pushes open a door and a large bed in emerald green sheets sits in the middle of the grey room. A large fire place across from the bed and a small sitting area with leather seats.

"My mom insisted you stayed in the guest room, she doesn't trust me enough to let you stay with me, otherwise you'd be in my room" he explains, placing my bag on my bed.

"This is more then I could ask for, thank you" I smile sweetly at the boy.

I see him stand awkwardly beside the bed as if he isn't sure what to do next.

"I've never um brought a girl home. To meet my parents" he stammered.

"Well then Malfoy, I am very honoured" I tease.

His mother calls us down for dinner. I walk into the dinning room and see it set for four. I take a seat beside Draco, across from Narcissa.

"So Stella, Draco tells me you come from a line of pure bloods. Did your parents attend Hogwarts?" She questions.

"Yes they both did actually. My mother was in Gryffindor and my father was in Slytherin" I spoke, trying to not let her hear the nerves in my voice.

"Oh well isn't that wonderful! How do you like Slytherin?"

"I actually enjoy it a lot, I was lucky to met my best friend Grace the first day. We both got sorted into Slytherin and didn't really know anyone at first" I ramble.
