You researches and report are wonderful...it's really really good, but our organization cannot support this new innovation due to our financial status right now....we really sorry, but when we ready...we'll contact you as soon as possible" you eyebrows furrowed listing to what she said. "It's alright, thank you so much" you ended the called by slamming your phone on your wooden desk. A long exhaled leaving your nose followed by a curse from your mouth. You let yourself fall on the gravity to the leather chair behind you, all the forces sending down to the ground with your hand ruffled your own hair express all the anger.

"Babe...you alright?" A voice makes your face lifting your face up seeing your girlfriend leaning against your door. "Don't know.." another sigh leaving your mouth. She walked further putting her arms across the backrest, letting herself sinking on the side of the chair and running her hands through your hairs. "It's gonna be okay" she whisper humming a melody to your right ears. "Hmm" you hummed as response leaning your head on her right shoulder.

Suddenly a loud ringing sound coming from your phones hitting your earlobe. "Hello?" You answering the phone right away when you seeing the caller name 'head doctor'. "Another case?" You raising your eyebrows processing what the other end said. "Coming in tens" you said before immediately stand up leaving your girlfriend confused. "Babe...where are you going?" She asked walking after you. "To the hospital, emergency case" you did not have any time to explained, you exit the front door with your bag and leave your girlfriend at home alone.

You reach the hospital before ten minutes, due to the late night road. "Hurry" you running after the voice to emergency room and doing your beloved job by dissecting and surging the patient's brain with your soft and skill hands. All the time in surgery room went well, all the tools and assistance doing very professionally, until when your phone ringing out loud. Your assistance immediately grabbed them from your lab coat and open the bright screen for you to see who is calling. 'My baby' two words coming up to your eyes. "End the called" you said coldly then focusing on patient in front of you. "But...doctor" she said worried that something bad can happened. " I said.. end..the.. called" you said, repeating yourself slowly to makes your sentence clear with a cold stare. "Yes, doctor" she said and end the called immediately and put your phone back to your coat. But not more than three minutes, your phones ringing out loud again making you groan in annoyance. "Pick it up" the assistance immediately followed your order. "Turn off the phone" you said coldly once again. "Yes, doctor" she didn't have no choice than pressing the button and turn off your phone. "Thank you" you said while she put them back to your coat once again.

After finish your case, you stretching your arms before hanging your coat at the same place, grabbed the phone in the pocket and turn it on immediately. A bright screen making your eyes flinched, you adjusted the light before seeing '14 miss calls' you looks at the notification shocking. A loud sigh leaving your mouth, you know that if you calling her back nothing is going to be better, so you start running and drive to your shared home.

"Minju-ah" you shouting finding your girlfriend, but as expected no response. "Babe! where are you?" You still shouting looking everywhere for your girlfriend. Your eyes start to getting blur by the water from your gland. "Babe.." you running upstairs opened to your shared bedroom seeing no one. Didn't waste more time you run to your bathroom "Babe? Are you in there?" You put your ears on the door hearing nothing. "Babe..answer me" you put your hands on the knob shaking it aggressively. "Keys.." you immediately run to the side of your bed, and open the drawer seeing a keys lying on the wooden piece. You unlocked it with the click sound before opened the bathroom door as soon as possible, eyes wandering around finding your girlfriend. "Babe!" You shouting shocking seeing your beloved figure lying on the floor senseless. "Babe.." you slowly lifting your girlfriend head up and put them on laps. Didn't wasting more time, you grabbed your phone dialed the number you familiar with "Hello emergency...please come fast, we're at fifteenth Main Street" your shaking voice telling them the map perfectly.

When the emergency car arrive, they hold your girlfriend on the bed slowly with you running along with the same speed. "Babe...it's alright" you said caress her cheek while the car is running fast to reach our destination on time. When our feet touch the ground, you didn't waste more time sending her to the surgery unit to x-rays and gather all the doctor to seeing your case. "The tumor is not that big...the risk is small than the other case" you relieved seeing the x-rays result. "I gonna do it" you said confidently wiping your tears. "Are you sure?" Your head doctor asked eyes widened. You nodded your head but still not sure whether you can control your emotion or not. "I'll do it...your hands still shaking....I promised, she's gonna be safe" your tears rolling down just listened to your head doctor kindness, you eyes became fully blur, replaced all the image with water. "Thank you so much" you said sobbing while he patting your shoulder. "It's fine...now let's go" he said and gather the team to the emergency room within a second.

You makes yourself to the seat in front of the surgery room, holding your own hands praying for your own girlfriend. The time passed by, the surgery took more time than it usually be making you worried, suddenly you grabbed your phones and rolling down the notifications, seeing her massages on your chat. "Babe...Don't forget to eat dinner okay? I put them in your bag before you go, love you" your tears rolled faster seeing how care she was. You running to your office and opened the zip, seeing a beautiful lunch box lying in the middle of the space. You opened the lid slowly, suddenly your sobbed become louder seeing your favorite food is lying there, cooked perfectly as always. "Minju-ah..." your last word left your mouth before your energy getting drained, let yourself fall on your knees, head looking down the ground crying hard.

"Doctor...the surgery is finish" only a word lifting your head up and you running to the room immediately seeing your girlfriend sleeping senseless on the bed, making your heart aches. "Minju-ah...I'm right here" you said running your hands through her hairs exactly what she has done with you before, you cannot hold anymore tears, letting them fall on her clothes as you sobbed harder.

Day passed, she still sleeping senseless like what she already been a few days, her hands are in the same place, her legs are in the same place, everything is the same with the first day she was here. Your heart aches feeling like there's nothing you can do, even waking her up or stay with her a little longer in that day. You put your head down the bed sheets, intertwined your hands with hers, within a blink your tears rolling down again, like the same in everyday. Suddenly a voice hitting your earlobe "babe?...why are you crying?"

A tears rolling faster, hand hold tighter, and a smile now forming on your face, your shanking voice mixed with sobbing sound "I'm...missed your lunch box".
