Chapter 4 - Lets Get It Straight

Adriana's POV
I slowly made my way to the library dreading how long this hour would take before I would be free of Parker. It's not like I don't like him it's just everything about him screams trouble, and I don't want to have any part in it.

I made it to the library, walked in and took a seat at one of the tables in the back then took out my equipment and English notes. Then waited, waited some more and then a little bit more and finally looked at my watch that told me I had been waiting about half an hour, I gave up waiting for him because he obviously didn't care and if he didn't neither did I. Little bitch. Anyways I got up and went looking for a poetry book, I went between many bookshelf's before going to the librarian and asking if she had a poetry book that talks about emotion in everyday life and she said she would look.

While she searched for the book on her computer, someone came and stood beside me and when I looked up it was Parker with a smile on his face. I can't believe he had the audacity to smile at me when he was 45 minutes late like wtf, I just cut my eye at him and looked away. "Ohh, so no hi. I see how it is." he said, I just continued to ignore him and patiently wait for the librarian. I heard him say,"hellooo, are you going to talk to me or what?" I didn't answer him again but the thing that shocked me was that he then had the nerve to pull my body to face him and then this bitch waved his hands in my face. Oh nooo he didn't. I let out a breath to cool off because I wasn't going to go wild on him in a library, I looked up and said "one: don't EVER touch me and two: don't come in here like I owe you something."

After that I kissed my teeth and turned away from him, " you kinda owe me something because I, mr super busy, graced you with my awesome being... when I could have been somewhere else preferable with someone of the female species" he said and I snorted and replied with "yea, so how come you're here talking to me instead of getting you're dick wet?? UNLESS... you have a problem in that area but it's probably something small. So it shouldn't be a problem... right?", I laughed at his shocked face before turning my attention back to the librarian and she told me what the book title was and said its in the 4th bookshelf, at top and on the left.

When I walked away Parker followed behind me, I got to the book shelf and stood on the tips of my toes but I couldn't reach. I tried a couple more times before Parker came behind me while I was still on my tip toes and grabbed the book, pressing his front against my back and I had to grab onto the shelf to steady myself. He bent his head and his breath tickled my ear as he said," let's get it straight. I have no problems getting my dick wet and I know you now know that I don't have a small problem." And as he said that he pushed his hips closer to me, I gasped and froze. Then he handed me the book and whispered " see you later, cupcake" before leaving. I let out a sigh and quickly went to the desk I was at, packed up my stuff before borrowing the book and leaving.

I know Brooke's gonna freak out when she hears this. I headed to her class and waited 5 minutes before she came out, I grabbed her arm and pulled her to the cafeteria and she grabbed a tray and then lined up." Guess what happened in the library today." I said, she turned to me after grabbing her food and said "what?" I grabbed my lunch out of my bag and sat at our usual table before looking at her and saying, "Parker and I were having an argument and then at some point I reached up to grab a book and he came behind me, grabbed it and pushed the front of his body towards my back. And we were like that for a while before he gave me the book and left." When I looked up at her, she had her mouth open with fries hanging out, I laughed at her and started to eat my food. She looked at me and said "you seem so calm about this, why?!" "I think I'm still in shook to be honest, I think it has to fully sink in before I realise what happened"

I shrugged and continued to eat my lunch but then I stopped again and looked her stuffing her face because I had remembered she left me with Parker. "Hey, how dare you leave me with Parker anything could have happened!" I said and she replied, "like what?" I looked at her and said "I don't know but something." She then said " get over it, I had to get you back for laughing at me for getting paired up with my nemesis. So hahaha" she smiled with a mouthful of food. I scrunched up my face and got up to throw my trash away and leave with Brooke following behind me. We went to our lockers to get our books for next lesson, when the bell rang I go to class with a few minutes to spare and surprisingly the lesson ended quick. I went to put all my books in my locker as I hadn't gotten any homework today so I wouldn't need them.

My phone vibrated as I was about to go and get Brooke but the message was from her telling me she had to go to the library with Jason to start their project, I laughed because she put crying faces. I made my way home and when I got there I jumped on my bed thinking about the first day of school, the beginning was alright and then I found out I had to work with Parker Lawson on a project and the day was still good, but then I had an argument with said person and he then pressed himself against me and left. Sigh.... what a long day and what a bitch.
