It was a warm day in Brighton, the sun was shining, the birds were tweeting, of course you would have the occasional junkie walking on the street begging for money and drugs.

I muttered to myself,
"There is more to life then being a simpleton like that."

I slurped the rest of my tea collected my notebook and fluffy pen followed by my rucksack and headed to work. Today felt strange I senced a bad vibe walking through that door into the cafe, everything was fine.
Nonetheless I carried on to serve the first customer of the day,

"Hello there, I was wondering if I could have a medium Green tea please?" An unknown figure asked politely.

"Sure, can I take you name please? And that will be £3.49 aswell, thank you." I said politely in return.

looked up and this tall, skinny silhouette as he stepped into the light I gasp to myself.
His hair was a dark brown with bouncy loose curls, his eyes were as green as the greenest thing imaginable, his lips looked soft and pure, never been bitten or picked at, just perfect. I noticed he liked soft colours and had a certain colour palette to which stucked to. He wore a pink zip-up hoodie with a plain green t-shirt underneath.

He looked at me with concern as I stared at him for a while.

I rung up his order as my colleague, Rebecca, started making his drink.

"Want anything else?" I asked hoping he would say no in this awkward situation.

"No thank you." He replied as he started playing with his hair.
"My name is Pj by the way."

I took a sigh of relief and started to fill in what he ordered and his name on the cup.
Rebecca finished his drink and shouted.

"I have a medium Green tea for PJ!"

He slowly walked up to the counter and grabbed his cup with a smile of appreciation on his face.
I noticed he was wearing red nail varnish on his nails, I really did like his style. He left the cafe and started walking down the street.

"Ooohh...sooooo? What do think?" I heard Rebecca shriek in excitement.

I leant over on the counter the counter with my hand on my chin fluttering my eyes.

"Huh?" I blurted out as I woke from my daze.
"I think he is cute."

"He is one of our regulars on a Saturday." Becca said in excitement.

I went home to my small but cozy apartment.
