Chapter 48: Check Up - Yeji

~Yeji's P.O.V~

It's been days after the dinner date with Yeonjun oppa. It's also been days after the kiss. My first kiss, with a human. This is so weird to say but, would you believe me when I say that we're a thing now? I know, a human and a robot dating? Doesn't make sense. But that's what happened. Although our friends already know about this, we still limit our actions and affections in public. Right now, oppa wasn't feeling well so he had an appointment with Hyunjin to check him up.

"Where are you going?" -Soobin

"We're going to Hyunjin's clinic for a check up." -Yeonjun

"I see, be safe hyung!" -Soobin

"I'm also coming!"

"Why?" -Yeonjun

"I could probably use some check up on my blood."

"Alright, let's go." -Yeonjun

We hopped in the car and drove to Hyunjin's clinic which is actually near his house. Good thing there weren't many people. We went in and sat at the two chairs infront of his desk.

"Well hello there hyung! You too Yeji!" -Hyunjin

"Hi."

"Hey, nice place you have. And look at that! Dr. Hwang Hyunjin? Wow..." -Yeonjun

*Chuckle*"Thanks hyung, so are you ready?" -Hyunjin

*Nod* -Yeonjun

Both of them were about to go inside another room when Ryujin went out from the door on that same room. What is she doing here?

"Hi guys!" -Ryujin

"Oh Ryujin! Why're you here?"

"I actually just took some medicines inside." -Ryujin

"Hey Ryujin, Yeji actually wants to check her blood. Could you do it?" -Yeonjun

"Sure! Come with me unnie." -Ryujin

Me and Ryujin went to another room inside the clinic. I sat at a chair as she took a blood pressure cuff. While doing her job, we also talked on some things.

"So how are you and Yeonjun oppa?" -Ryujin

"We're good."

"Good? That's all??" -Ryujin

"Well what am I suppose to say?"

"Idk, maybe... He's acting sweet around you or he would be clingy sometimes. Like that..." -Ryujin

"He does that often..."

"Hmm... I see." -Ryujin

"How's my blood pressure?"

"Perfectly normal! I don't understand why you want me to check on it though..." -Ryujin

"I just want to make sure that I'm healthy."

"A robot? Healthy?? Now that's something else." -Ryujin

*Chuckle*

Checking my blood pressure was pretty fast. I noticed that Hyunjin and Yeonjun oppa weren't done yet and I'm running out of topics to talk about with Ryujin. So I took a look at some impairments or malfunctions on me. I saw that I have a wound at my nape. Maybe because of improper placement of my on-chip memory.

"Ryujin, can you pls fix the chip on my nape?"

"But Idk how to fix it." -Ryujin

"I'll instruct you on what to do."

She got up and went behind me. I removed my long hair and told her what to do. Since I can feel, I felt a bit of pain with the edges of the chip. I mean, it's pointy right?

"Move it a little to the side."

"Like this?" -Ryujin

"Yes, then press it."

"Are you sure unnie?" -Ryujin

"Yeah, just do it."

Ryujin tried to press in the chip since it might fall cuz it was improperly placed at my nape. My vision turned into a glitch meaning I shouldn't proceed what I'm about to do or else I'll malfunction. But when she pressed down the chip, she was grounded by the electricity from my skin.

"Ouch!" -Ryujin

"What happened Ryujin??? Are you hurt???"

"It's fine unnie, I just got grounded." -Ryujin

"Are you sure???"

"Yes." -Ryujin

Ryujin continued to press the chip downward but everything went wrong. I have no idea but my vision went black and I shut down. Being at Hyunjin's clinic, fixing my on-chip memory was the very last thing I remembered.

"Unnie? Unnie!" -Ryujin
