I woke with a start.

I take in my surroundings. I was in a meadow, and the sky was dark above me. The moon shone brightly, making everything glow. But how? It had just been morning a couple minutes ago when...

Oh no.

Where was I?

And what had happened?

"Hi, [Y/N]," I heard from next to me.

I snap my head to my left, and Draco was lying on the grass next to me, his arms acting as a pillow as his head rested on them.

A flood of relief rushes through me, and tears run down my face as I look at him. He held a look of small sadness in his eyes, but a gentle smile was plastered onto his face.

"Draco," I croak, falling into his arms as we lay on the grass. "Oh my god. I thought you... That I... I was so scared."

"I know, love," He says, wiping my tears and planting a small kiss on my forehead. "It's all right."

"But... where are we?" I ask, looking around.

"We're safe," was all he said as he gently stroked my hair. I breathed in the scent of his cologne, the smell of it soothing my nerves.

"But... what about the fight?" I ask.

Draco shakes his head slightly. "Our fighting's over."

"We won?"

"We won." Draco confirms, nodding and smiling. He takes my hands, running his thumb over my palms. His head lifts a little in confusion. Then, his face lights up with a grin.

"[Y/N]... your hands... the scars," He says in amazement. I lift my palms up to my face, expecting to see the horrible red scars that traveled across them, but instead I'm met with smooth skin, not a single scratch visible.

"Hey... they're gone!" I exclaim, grinning and sitting up in excitement.

Draco laughs softly and plants a kiss on my cheek. Then, I turn to him, grabbing his left hand. I push back his sleeve.

And there was nothing there.

No Dark Mark, no angry red scrapes and scratches. Nothing.

We look at each other in amazement.

"It's gone," I remark, smiling.

Draco lets out a triumphant laugh, wrapping me into his arms as we lay on the soft grass again. He points up to the stars, and I follow his finger up to the sky. There it was, the all too familiar line of stars winking down at us.

"Scorpius," I sigh, smiling.

Draco nods. "Scorpius knew we couldn't live on this earth without each other."

"So it brought me back home to you."
