Max landed swiftly on the ground before she ran over to her brother and threw her arms around him. "We did it harry! We won!" She practically shouted as he threw his arms around her. Max let go of her brother as he put his hand up in The air and showed the golden snitch to the crowd. She began clapping with a huge grin on her face.

"Nonsense. Why would snape put a curse on the twins' brooms" hagrid said as the five of them walked about. "Who knows. Why would he try to past that three headed dog on Halloween?" Harry asked rhetorically "who told you about fluffy?" Hagrid asked as they continued walking. Max and ron shared a look before he turned to hagrid "fluffy?" Ron asked "that thing has a name!?" Hermione asked "of course he's got a name. He's mine. I bought him off of an Irish fellow that I met down in the pub last year. Then I lent him to dumbledore to hard the-" he began "yes?" Harry asked practically begging him to tell the kids "stone" that small voice in the back of her head told her "stone?" She asked as hagrid suddenly stopped walking and turned to look at her "what do you know about the stone?" He asked her as they all looked at each other then back to max who had her eyebrows furrowed. "What are you talking about?" She asked "nevermind" he said as they began walking again. "No more questions. Don't ask anymore questions. It's top secret" hagrid told the children. "But hagrid. Whatever fluffys  guarding snape is trying to steal it." Harry told the man. "Professor snape is a hogwarts teacher" hagrid tried to reason "hogwarts teacher or not, I know a spell when I see one. I've read all about them. You've got to keep eye contact. And snape wasn't blinking." Hermione told the man. "Exactly" max agreed as she rested her arm on ron's shoulder even though he was slightly taller than her. "Now you listen to me. All of you. Your meddling in things that ought not be meddled in. It's dangerous. What that dog is guarding is strictly between professor dumbledore and nicholas flammel" he told the children. "Nicholas flammel?" Max asked as a look of recognition crossed his face "I should not I have said that. I should not have said that. I shouldn't have said that" hagrid said as he walked away scolding himself. "Nicholas flammel? Who's nicholas flammel?" Harry asked obviously confused. "I don't know" hermione said "that's a first" max said as hermione playfully slapped her.

It was December. Thick white snow fell across the ground at hogwarts covering everything in white. People were running all around the castle packing up their things so that they could go home and spend. Christmas with their families. Well almost everybody. Harry and ron were sitting at a table playing wizards chess as max watched them. "Knight to E.5" harry said as the knight moved to it's designated place. "Queen to E.5" ron said as he smirked when the queen broke the knights head off. "That's totally barbark!" Hermione exclaimed "that's wizards chess" ron said as he looked at hermione who was holding a suitcase. "I see you've packed" ron said "I see you haven't" she told the boy "change of plans. My parents decided to go to romania to visit my brother charlie. He's studying dragons there" he told the girl. "Good, you can help harry and max look in the library for nicholas flammel then." She said as if it was the most obvious thing ever "we've looked a hundred times!" Ron exclaimed. "Not in the restricted section" she said as she got up from the table "happy Christmas" she said as she left. "I think that we're a bad influence on her" ron said as max leaned her head on his shoulder and groaned "this is going to be boring" she complained

"Guys wake up! Wake up!" Ron yelled as me and harry woke up. Yes, I stayed in their dorm. Why? Because I was too lazy to go to my own. The two of us raced down the stairs "happy Christmas guys!" He exclaimed "happy Christmas ron" they said in usion "what are you wearing?" Harry asked as I looked at the knitted sweater that had an (R) on it. "Oh my mom made it. And it looks like you guys have a present too" he told them "we have presents?" Harry asked "yeah" he said as the two of them raced down the stairs to see there was each one gift that had their name labeled on it. Max and harry sat down on a chair and read the note that came with their present. "Your father left these in my possession before he died. It's time it is returned to you. Use them well" the twins said in usion as they shared a confused look. They unwrapper their presents at the same time to see two shiny cloaks. "What are they?" Ron asked "their some kind of cloaks" harry said as max put hers on. "Wow" ron gasped as he set his chocolate frogs down. "My body's gone" max said as harry put on his cloak as well. "I know what that is! That's an invisibility cloak!" Ron said as he stood up. "They're really rare. I wonder who gave them too you guys" ron said "there was no name. It just said use it well" harry said.

That night harry left the dorm quietly making sure not to wake up his sister or ron. He got under the invisibility cloak and went to the restricted section of the library he began reading the names of the books off quietly hoping to find something useful about nicholas flammel. He took off his invisibility cloak and sat down the lantern as he opened up a grey book. A face popped out of the book and began screaming. Harry struggled to shut the book and put it up. "Who's there?" Filtch said, at the sound of his voice harry turned around and jumped slightly. "I know your in there. You can't hide" he said as harry's lantern broke. He put the invisibility cloak on as quick as he could as he seen filtch's shadow on the wall. "Who is it. Show yourself!" He exclaimed as he stopped slightly in front of harry who was under the invisibility cloak. Harry hurriedly walked out of the library as ms. Norris began to meow rather loudly. He turned the corner to see professor snape slamming professor quirll up against the wall "you don't want me as your enemy quirll" snape said to the stuttering professor "what do you mean?" quirll said "you know perfectly well what I mean quirll" snape said as they both looked to where harry was standing. Snape reached out in the air to grab at something but harry backed away before he could grab the cloak off of him. "We'll have another little chat soon. When you decide where your loyalties lie" snape said as filtch approached them. "Professors I found this. In the restricted section. It's still hot. That means there is a student out of bed" filth told them. The professors raced off in hopes of giving a punishment to the student out of bed as harry went through a door he found. He took off the cloak and layed it on the ground as he spotted an old looking mirror in the corner of the room. He looked in the mirror to see his mom, dad, And his sister smiling back at him as if they were a family portrait. "Mom? Dad?" He asked as the two adults nodded their heads "max?" He asked the girl in the mirror who nodded her head. "Ron! Max! Wake up! You've got to see this! You've really got to see this!" Harry yelled when he got into the dorm room. "Ron! Max! Come on get out of bed" harry exclaimed "why?" They said in usion. "There's something you've got to see. Now come on" he said
