                          SIX YEARS AGO WHEN ALICE WAS ELEVEN:
                          "Say cheese honey, It's your first day at Oakland Middle School and you want to look good in this picture." I sigh "Okay mom," I smile and then i see the bright light from the camera hit my eyes, It took 5 full seconds for me to see clear again. 

                           We finally arrive at Oakland and i get off of the car "Remember to be respectful and...Please try to make some friends Alice. Just one friend at least," "Fine mom, bye!" My mom finally leaves this is a new school it's bigger than i thought it would be.
                          My first subject is Math 'ughhh' I say to myself it's one of the subjects i hate. To my surprise I arrive early  and thank god I'm not the only one there, I guess he's one of my classmates "I thought i was going to be the only one here" He says "My names Asher by the way, what's yours?"  "Umm.. My names Alice- Alice Brown" I'm not the type of person to talk to people I just met I'm more of a kind of shy person. 
                          Asher is wearing a black vans shirt with some black jeans and a pair of vans shoes. "Nice to meet you Alice.." I'm not sure what to respond to so I answer back with "Nice to meet you too Ash" What did I just say? Why did i give him a nickname. Finally the whole class reaches and the teacher starts the lesson.
                          Riing! The bell  rings and it's time for lunch!
                          I grab a pizza slice and a coke and find an empty table. I see other kids meeting up with their friends, I don't really care since  i don't really socialize much. 
                          "Hey Alice.. mind if I sit with you? I don't really have friends in this school since I just moved in.." I quickly recognize the voice it was Asher's "Sure!" He is the class clown so it was weird how he said he had no friends. We were laughing the whole while we sat at the table, I don't know how he makes his jokes they're so funny. 
                          QUICK TIME SKIP TO MONDAY [AT SHOOL]
                          "Good morning class this is Olivia she just moved in so please be kind and respectful" She really looks happy to be here.
                          The teacher didn't arrive today so we had a free period. "Hii! I saw you alone so i decided to come sit with you.. if it's ok with you?"  "Sure! you can Asher is just late as always-"I get interrupted "I'm not late! you're just early Alice!" "Good morning to you too, this is Olivia, She is our new classmate." I tell him so he doesn't feel left out
                          AT LUNCH:
                          I grab the usual and headed to an empty table. While i was eating i felt someone sit at the table i was in and not surprisingly I see Asher "Hey" I tell him, He was about to answer when we are interrupted "Can i sit with you guys?" It's Olivia "Sure you can, I mean you only hang out with us in class so feel free to talk with us" I answer her.
                          "Can the three of us be friends? I mean if it's okay with-" "Sure!" Asher says I just nod my head  because i was chewing on my pizza.
                          "My name is Olivia but you guys can call me Livia or Liv"
                          "My name is Asher and you guys can call me Ash, her name is Alice-"
                          "And you can call me Ally" I end the sentence.
