Some options for Chloe include dressing up like a character from Jurassic World or something and carrying around Mr. Sparkles with her; wearing a typical Haven outfit she borrowed from the literal queen - Genesis - and everyone thinks she's a Star Trek character or something; dressing up like Arcadia
She also probably dragged some or all of the siblings to go Trick-or-Treating with her 😂
She also probably invited aliens to go trick-or-treating with her - after all, it's Halloween. Who would notice?
Callum
He might steal some of Clem and Nate's sciency stuff and dress up like a scientist or something. Or maybe just a typical character from a TV show, book, or movie he likes.
Amory
She might dress up as a vampire - because she's older now, and it seems 'cooler.'
Astrid
She would want to dress up as Moana, Elsa, or some crazy idea her mind came up with. She would also create her own costume or ask Grace to help because reality manipulators can be very extra 😂
Eli
He dresses up like a business man, but more specifically Easton. He does an Easton impersonation, driving poor East crazy.
Before Easton gave the business to Millie, he let the office go home early on Halloween and other holidays, if they weren't off entirely.
Grace
She really likes the medieval dresses Arc has, so she probably asks to borrow one of those to dress up for Halloween.
Ender
He probably is a grump and doesn't wanna participate at first, but eventually agrees and lets Arc pick his costume - unless it's something too crazy.
Nate
He dresses up as one of those inflatable dinosaurs. Nate's a lot more fun than Ender 😂
Sadia
Sadia loves Halloween and takes it as an opportunity to wear Hayes's jacket and do a Hayes impression.
Ian
He complains about how no one ever trick or treats on the moon. He dresses up like cheese as a joke, since some people say the moon is made out of cheese. But he only wears that costume in front of Kamara. Around everyone else, he wears some scary costume because it's the one night he can cause a little mischief - besides April Fools' Day, his other favorite earth tradition.

As his one opportunity to not be a leader, he wears something involving a mask so he won't be recognized and can just hang out.
Veracity
She, ironically, dresses up like a cat just because it's funny.

She dresses up as a pirate.

She tries to copy Athena's style and pretends to do magic all night secretly, hoping it'll actually work.
Midnight
She doesn't wear a costume, but if anyone asks, she's dressing up as the dark queen - herself - like she does every day.
