it had been a week since taehyung and jeongguk texted. jeongguk had been feeling very guilty ever since. even though he didn't know the boy, there was still that sense of guilt.

     taehyung on the other side had been feeling very down and depressed. he took the older's words to heart. he knows jeongguk had apologized but the fear of going back and being treated meanly again remained. jimin had been helping him cope with the pain.

     "yo you've been looking pretty down lately, dude. it's not like you. what's wrong?" yoongi asked jeongguk. they were currently in biology class. jeongguk might be popular but he always kept his grades up. so, watching him not pay attention to the teacher and being distracted was definitely new to yoongi. "it's nothing. i'm fine." yoongi looked at jeongguk suspiciously. "look man. i know you. and you don't get distracted this easily. i bet your grades aren't as high as always either." jeongguk sighed.

"well, there's this boy who texted me. he won't tell me his identity so he told me to call him V. we had been talking for a while, but you know how i had a really shitty day about a week ago?" jeongguk asked. "yeah what about it?" he responded. "well. he texted me that day and i kept leaving him on read. so he kept texting me. and eventually i- um i answered." jeongguk paused. "let me guess. you took your anger out on him, correct?" yoongi guessed. "yeah," jeongguk whispered. the latter sighed. yoongi already knew the one who his friend was talking about was taehyung. he had told yoongi about what happened the day before.

but as to not make it suspicious, he asked, "what did he say?" jeongguk looked at his hyung sadly. "i told him he was annoying. at first he thought i was joking until i said i was serious and told him that he was the most annoying person i had ever talked to and met before. i also said that he should stop talking to me. he said he was sorry and left. i apologized a bunch of times but he just left me on read. it was understandable."

yoongi was shocked to say the least. taehyung had only told him that they had got into an argument and that was the end of it. not all this. he felt bad for both boys. he knew jeongguk tended to take out his anger on people and lash out even thought he doesn't mean to. he felt bad for taehyung because he often gets called annoying and gets left behind because of that. due to his past experiences, he tends to try and forget about people when they get to that certain point. this wasn't going to be easy, but he had to fix this some how.
