AN: Hi guys. Sorry I haven't updated in so long, but I've sort of had writers block (Well that and laziness) Hopefully this chapter satisfies you, otherwise I might have to update this side of Christmas. The main reason that I'm writing this AN is that I need your help. I'm writing a second MI and HoO crossover and I need some help with an OC. She's a powerful Demigod and I need a godly parent for her. I know she's not a child of the Big Three but other than that...

Help would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy the chapter.

Your sincerely,

Paradox

Jem's POV

"That was weird" I decided as the three of us boarded the Hogwart's express. "Incorporeal wall, check, TARDIS style dimensionally trancendentalism, check. Yep this is dream straight from my mind"

"Look" Piper said, pushing the door to a compartment open "If you're gonna talk like that all the way there, then the first time we cross a bridge I'm opening the window and throwing you off of it"

"Spoil sport" I pouted "Holy crap, it's hot today" I looked down at my shirt which was already soaked with sweat. "Thirty degrees, in Britain, in September. Your having a laugh Apollo"

Just then someone knocked on the door. It was Fred and George's sister, Ginny, and the famous Harry Potter. We'd been introduced to them in Diagon alley and they seemed nice enough. Ginny had almost fainted at the sight of Percy and Harry seemed to give us scowls a lot but who could blame him. If both my parents had been murdered I wouldn't trust people. I mentally chided myself for thinking that. One, I don't trust people anyway, two, one of my parents had been murdered by an Ancient Greek deity, and three, my other parent couldn't be murdered on account of being immortal.

"Do you mind if we sit here?" Ginny asked "Everywhere else is full" It was true as well. We were right at the back of the train, and none of the compartments we'd passed would have had room for more than one extra person.

"Is it just me or is it hot in here?" Harry asked, sitting next to Piper.

"I'm guessing the air con isn't working" I shrugged "Plus it's, by some miracle, thirty degrees outside so..."

"Jem did you pack that deodorant can?" Percy asked. I nodded bluntly.

"Front pocket on my backpack" I said. Percy stood up and pulled it out. He handed it to me first and I slipped it under my shirt and sprayed under each arm. I then swapped the can for my bottle of drinks bottle, which was one of Leo's crazy inventions. It could fill with any drink I wanted and would always be exactly the temperature I wanted, though its magic did seem to rely on some arbitrary power level. I took a quick sip of hot chocolate. It may sound strange but apparently hot drinks cool you down better than cold ones.

"Anyone in here asthmatic?" Percy asked. When no one answered he slipped off his shirt and applied deodorant. I got the feeling that Ginny was staring but he quickly put on a second, less damp shirt. I handed him his drink which proceeded to fill with water. He poured the whole cup over himself.

"Wouldn't it have made more sense to pour water over yourself before you changed into a white t-shirt" I half smirked "Now whenever you walk past one of the popular girls they're instantly gonna start flirting with you"

"Yeah well" He smirked "What're they gonna do?"

"Enchant you" Ginny said "Curse you with love potion" Percy almost laughed but he held himself in check.

"Um, excuse me" Said a boy by the door.

"Hey Neville" Harry smiled "What's up?"

"Proffesor Slughorn would like you three to come up to his carriage now" Me, Percy and Harry.

"Right" I sighed, climbing to my feet. I patted my jacket pocket to make sure my wand hadn't fallen out, checked the lock on Hannah's cage and followed Nevill down the train...

"Come in, come in" Slughorn smiled. "Take a seat" I flopped into an expensive looking armchair and proceeded to drink out of my cup. Harry sat two places to my left and Percy sat across the table from me. Slughorn proceeded to go around the table, questioning everyone about their fammilies one by one. I decided to amuse myself by tapping my wand aimlessly on the table top. Unfortunately I wasn't really concentrating and set my drinks coaster on fire. Before I could blink Percy pulled out his own wand and extinguished the flames. He scowled at me and I shot him a grin in return.

"So Percy?" Slughorn smiled "Your father is the magical one in the family if I'm not missinformed"

"Yep" Percy said, scowling at me "He works for the American ministry preventing disasters, earthquakes and tsunamis and the like"

"Ah" Slughorn said in an all too knowing manner...

"So what happened?" Ginny asked when I pulled the door open. Percy was shooting visual daggers at me and I was soaking wet. I'd amused myself further by dying his hair bright pink and he'd responded by causing a miniature hurricane inside. He'd then calmed down enough to re-colour his hair. (I was secretly glad Annabeth had managed to temper his impulsive streak slightly)

"He wanted to now why we were special" I sighed "And all that crap" Ginny raised an eyebrow at me but I didn't respond. "Anyone Vegetarian?" Both Harry and Ginny shook their heads. I slowly reached down into my bag and pulled out a packet of marshmallows. I ripped the bag open and offered it to Harry, who took one tentatively. I smiled kindly before offering the bag to Ginny. She looked down at them and shook her head. I passed a small handfull to Percy and took a seat. As I sat down Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger came in.

"Harry" Hermione smiled "We've been looking for you everywhere, but all the carriages were full"

"Tell me about it" Harry said, twisting his face into something that resembled the love child of a grin and a frown. "Where have you to been?"

"Prefect duties" Ron groaned, flopping into a seat. Now that I was able to get a closer look at him it was impossible to deny his resemblance to the twins. "Who are these guys again?"

"Ron" Ginny laughed "These are the exchange students, we met them yesterday, remember?"

"Nope" Ron said "Remind me"

"Percy Jackson" Percy said, shaking Ron's hand. "This is Piper Mclean and that's Jem Alexander"

"Right" Ron nodded "Now I remember. So we mainly came to tell you that you guys should probably change into your robes, 'cause we'll arrive at Hogwarts soon"

"We don't need to wear them" Piper explained "Dumbledore sent us a letter, if we don't want to we don't have to"

"Why not?" Hermione said "Surely you should wear your own school's uniform" This remark caused the three of us to snicker endlessly. "What?"

"We don't have to wear a uniform at our school" Percy improvised "We're in Long Island as opposed to the back end of nowhere, so it'd be pretty conspicuous"

"Oh" Hermione said "Right"

"Don't worry" I laughed "That's the most normal thing about the three of us, just wait 'till you get me talking"

"Don't do it" Piper implored...
