After that whole attempted rejection, Jungkook and Jimin were closer than ever, Jungkook made Jimin promise that if he ever had a problem, he should tell him no matter what. They should be able to share each other's problems and lean on each other when times are tough and not resort to taking drastic measures that could have unfathomable consequences.

Jimin agreed feeling guilty that he didn't trust his mate enough.

Shadow seemed to be the most affected the attempted rejection because he randomly took control of Jungkook's body just to make sure Jimin was okay and was always beside him.

He followed Jimin everywhere in the house, finally Jimin and Jungkook had enough of the overbearing wolf when he almost knocked down the bathroom door when Jimin was in the toilet.

He hated that Jimin had to go back to school and wanted to hear nothing of it, he wanted Jimin next to him at all times.

He would say: "why does mate need to go to that germ infested building you humans call school? Aren't we well off to live for centuries without lifting a finger?"

"Thats true but you  know how Jimin feels about completing school, he would never forgive us if we made him quit" Jungkook reasoned.

Shadow was not hearing any of this bullshit. "That fucking school is the reason why our mate is so broken, why Neesa refuses to come out! Why the fuck should he go back? You humans and your stupid reasoning!" He huffed.

Jungkook rolled his eyes inside his mind since Shadow decided to be the driver, yet again.

Jimin saw the internal struggle and smiled, these two were like polar opposites at times, well most of the time.

Shadow held both of Jimin's small hands.

"Mate please reconsider, you would be alone there, the pale Omega is no longer there to stand with you should things go wrong. I don't want you going back there" Shadow whined like a kicked puppy.

Jimin thought if anyone saw this, they wouldn't believe that a royal pure blood would be pouting and giving his omega mate puppy eyes.

Jimin merely smiled fondly at the overgrown puppy.

"I only have a few months before I Graduate and I really want finish school. I don't want to be like those typical Omegas who don't finish school after they've found their mates, well they would be home looking after their kids which I won't be able to do but I need to have something I can be proud of, it might not mean anything to you but it means a lot to me. So please Alpha....let me finish school please? I'll even let Jungkook drive me to and from school if you like." Jimin reasoned feeling a little sad.

He understood why Shadow was like this, all Alphas would be like this if their mate attempted to cut themselves away from them but he really wanted Jungkook to be happy and clearly he was not thinking right because thinking about it now, even if the rejection didn't kill him, he would've died if Jungkook moved on with another wolf.

Imagining his Jungkook with someone else made his heart painful.

Shadow seemed to weigh his options, say no anger his little mate or yes and live a good life with his mate.

Option 2 seemed to be better.

A happy mate= happy life.

But letting his mate out of sight was like inviting  danger to his mate.

He knew that his undead father was out there, watching, waiting for the right moment to strike.

He wasn't sure about the council, he hoped the threat Jungkook made would dissuade them from foolish thoughts.

Shadow eventually agreed and gave Jungkook control but not before  sharing a liplock moment with his precious  mate.
Satisfied that he left his mate a blushing mess, he puffed out his chest in pride only to have Jungkook scoff at him.

"I can do way better than you." Jungkook said inside his mind.

"Bitch please! I for one know that, that statement is completely fabricated" Shadow huffed.

"Pshh, whatever gets your tail wagging" Jungkook snickered.

"Oh you know what gets my tail wagging, human. It stands at 5"1 has soft tender hips, sinfully plump lips, peachy ass, and is the only reason we exist" shadow  gave a dreamy sigh.

Jungkook couldn't help but agree, Jimin was their source of happiness.

Meanwhile these two were busy day dreaming about their mate, Jimin was already downstairs eating his breakfast before getting ready for school. He saw that look in Jungkook's eyes and honestly didn't have the energy for a quickie.

Having perverted mates was so not ideal. He sighed drinking his green tea.

Jungkook came sprinting down.

"You ready?" He asked Jimin

"Yeah."

Jungkook opened Jimin's door helping him out before opening the back door to take out his school bag which he slung on his shoulder and walked Jimin inside the school.

Obviously everyone stopped and looked at them.

They looked good together, but Jimin was still barren so in their eyes he didn't deserve to be with the Ultimate Alpha.

So they gave him disgusted looks and he looked down. He knew what they thought of him.

He sighed, Jungkook stopped and gave him a kiss after they exchanged 'I love you's'. Jungkook left.

He sat in his car and watched Jimin disappear inside.

He sniffed the air inside the car.

It smelled sweet.

It was faint but it was there.

He drove off thinking nothing of it.

After school he was there waiting for his beautiful mate to come out and when he finally did he smiled walking towards him.

"Is the barren omega still pulling down the pure Blood? How unfortunate to be stuck with someone like you." an alpha standing beside the school entrance spat with those surrounding him agreeing with him.

Jimin's heart broke, every time someone said something like was like a stab in the heart.

Jungkook heard everything and came rushing towards the group but Jimin stopped him blocking his way.

Jungkook growled at the group and bowed their heads shaking in the boots.

"Stop please, soon you'll be ruling over them please don't set a bad example." Jimin whispered shifting Jungkook's gaze into him.

"You're my first responsibility, the throne can go fuck its self." Jungkoo growled at their direction.

Jimin wrapped his arms around Jungkook's chest and released calming pheromones.

"Its okay, I know and I'm alright. Let's just go home okay?" He coaxed placing his chin in Jungkook's chest, 
Jungkook looked at Jimin with heart eyes and agreed dropping down to kiss his mate.

He took Jimin's school bag from him and slung it over his shoulder, he lifted Jimin up, Jimin wrapped his legs and arms around Jungkook's imposing figure and laid his head on his other shoulder.

Jungkook glared at the group and bared his sharp double canine teeth at them before turning with his loved one in his arms.

The next after dropping Jimin off at school the sniffed the same sweet smell in his car.

The smell was nagging at him the whole day, pack meeting was a blur.
The smell.

That  sweet peaches and cream smell.

Shadow rolled his eyes.

"Fucking get to the school you dumbass!! Our Mate is in heat!!"

"Oh shit!"
