Chapter 5

The birds are chirping at the window and I feel Hades' arms still around me except I can feel his eyes on me I look up to see him smiling down at me, I smile back.

"Good morning little bird"

He says quietly gesturing over to the rest of the still sleeping group.

"Good morning love"

I respond just as quietly, and then gesture for him to pass me my phone. He complies quizzically. I smile and curl back up in his arms, opening the camera and taking a rather cute picture of us, then I decided to take a group picture before waking everyone up. They all looked at me half awake.

"What, what's happening"

Jess says groggily.

"Its to early to be alive yet"

Amber pitches in.

"I second that"

Justin adds. And I let out a laugh.

"Come on guys its almost time for breakfast and if you guys don't want to feel the wrath of Aunt Lucille, I would recommend us all getting ready to go downstairs"

I smile and watch as their eyes widen. They finally start to get up and I watch as the guys head out of the room to let us girls get some privacy. I have a smile on my lips.

"Alright girls, what type of clothes do you want to wear today? Dress, skirt, jeans"

I ask with a smile.

"Jeans please"

They both say with a smile. I open my closet and gesture for them to have their pick. They're eyes once again widen as they see the ridiculous amount of clothes I own, as last night we only went through the drawers. They pick out some skinny jeans, Jess chose a pair of black one while Amber chose a white pair then they grabbed a top and started to get ready. Meanwhile I didn't really feel like wearing pants, so I grabbed one of my high waisted skirts and a loose black top. Throwing on my black knee-high boots, they opted to just use the flats they picked out yesterday. We then decided we were ready to head downstairs after fixing our mess of hair and I showed them to the dining room. They were mesmerized by everything around them, I giggled as we reach the dining room. Aunt Lucille smile as she saw us all arrive the boys where already seated, I noticed that they had also changed, I assume that Hades had some spare clothes in his car. They were dressed in simple attire, jeans, and polos; however, Hades has a leather jacket on. I take my normal seat that was pleasantly besides Hades. The girls also take their seat and I internally groan at the realization that they will get to see the full show of how my family lives. Without a word my aunt rings the bell, and the staff begin to bring out the meal for this morning, as I had promised Jess yesterday the chefs made fresh Belgian waffles, fruits, and a handful of other things. I can see Jessica's smile as she looks over at me with sincere appreciation. Then we all begin to converse even getting my Aunt to laugh a handful of times.

"Jessica dear how are you feeling this morning?"

My Aunt asks, I'm honestly surprised that she held back this long. Jess takes a sip of her coffee to wash down the food she had just been eating.

"I've feeling much better this morning, my leg barely hurts and thankfully I'm not having any trouble walking"

She responds. My Aunt looks relieved to hear that but doesn't stop with her questionnaire.

"Did you see what attacked you? I want to make sure that no one else ever gets hurt here again especially you guys, I do sincerely hope that you will still come see Summer"
