"let go (y/n)"
you hang on to your boyfriend as he is cooking you dinner.

he stirs the cooking pot in front of him, while your arms are wrapped around his waist, slipping down to the floor.

"no"
you say back, with your face squished into his back.
finally finishing the food, he makes yours and his bowls and sits them on the table.

"let go and eat"
you let go of his back and sit down in your chair.
you looked up and realized how far away daichi was from your seat.

you moved your plate next to his and scoot your chair closer to him.
he sighs and continues to eat his food.

you both finish your dinner, and daichi goes to his bedroom to do some homework.
you right behind him.

"why are so clingy today?"
daichi asks you as you sit in his lap while he does his homework.
you just shrug and continue to snuggle into him.

around an hour later daichi has finished his homework and is stuck in his chair.
you have completely melted into daichi and have zero intention on moving.

"bub, you gotta get up"
you mumble back into his chest.
he sighs, getting a little annoyed at the random extreme clinging-ness.

he slips his hands under your ass and pick you up, so he can get up as well.
moving you too the bed and tries to drop you, but your latch on him didn't loosen.

"that's it bub, what's wrong"
you couldn't tell your loving boyfriend that you're being this clingy because you got jealous.

you don't usually get jealous so you didn't wanna tell him.
"nothing"
he doesn't believe you.
"ok, just tell me when you're ready"

daichi lays on the bed, you still attached to him.
"hey daichi"
"yes bub"
"do you love me"

daichi couldn't help but laugh at you.
"of course i love you"
"why would you ask?"
you now embarrassed, hide your face from him.
"i was just asking"

daichi's grip around you tightens and he pulls you closer.
"i love you more then anything bub"
"idk what's making you ask or doubt that i don't love you, but you're the most amazing thing in my life"

you where so embarrassed to doubt him over little jealously.
"i'm sorry daichi"
"i just got a little jealous over something stupid and felt a little... insecure... "

daichi once again giggled at you.
he softly kissed the top of your head and breathed in your scent.

"you're an idiot"
you chuckle at your boyfriend and how absolutely amazing he is.
