Chapter Twenty-Four - Tatsuya Shiba Part Two

The ships men were quickly wiped out by the teen dressed in white. His swift and agile movements bettered the other CAD magic users onboard as I stayed back and observed. Each time he pulled the trigger, the enemy would burst into a small blue flame that floated in the air for a couple seconds before dissipating into the air.

With each merciless kill that the teenager committed, my suspicions of him being the target grew. Him having this much power while majority of it is locked away inside him was incredible. The cold blue eyes started from one person to the next, analysing everything they can see in under a millisecond and then moving onto the next, that motion gave off hints he wasnt exactly human. Now, dont get me wrong. His aura gives off a hint of humanity, but just enough to be something small like a single emotion or even his little toe.

The magic he was using seemed to be a refined and more controlled type of what the Phenex Clan use. The small blue flickering flame danced freely in the air before disappearing into the air, only for another one to take its place elsewhere on the vessel.

"That should be it" He spoke, bringing me out of my thoughts, I shook my head lightly.

"So, Shiba was it?.. I have a feeling you're hiding something important from me.." He looked at me with his dead but somehow lively eyes before giving off a small, but fake, smile.

"So, you figured it out, what you going to do with me then?" His voice sounded slightly cocky, as if he thinks I'm weaker than him.

"Nothing right now, we have these terrorists to deal with. I'm sure there are more on the mainland" He nodded and started to head towards the door of the ship that lead to the deck until he noticed a small white circle near my ear.

"The threat has been eliminated Ena, with help from some of the students left behind, we wiped out the terrorists. What are your orders?" Kiritos voice filled the now quiet room, making Shibas eyes burst open for a second before they returned back to normal.

I looked at Shiba before I answered my Knight. "I found the target; I'll bring it back to the Conference Centre and I'll tell you what we are going to do with it then." I closed off communications after that and signalled Shiba to exit the room. I grasped him again and extended my wings, flying him back to the Conference Centre.

When we landed outside, the islands Army had come to help with the disturbance and were talking to that girl with black hair and red eyes from before.

I landed in front of Kirito and Nagisa, Miyuki too. Shibas little sister automatically ran over to her brother to ask if he was okay, I left him to deal with his sister and walked over to my own family. "The target is Tatsuya Shiba and I know exactly what we are going to do to him." I felt a swift coldness run down my back as I watched my Knights draw their weapons. I put my hand up to signal them to stand down, which they did.

I turn my head slightly, due to my feet and lower back being frozen to look over to the siblings. Shiba stood behind his sister as her hair levitated upwards as an icy wind surrounded her, a couple strands of her hair was covering her eyes but I could tell she was glaring at me from underneath the darkness.

"I'm sorry, it appears that my last remark got lost in translation. I'm sorry if I made it sound sinister but I was only going to make your brother an offer." The ice started to disappear as the girl lifted her head slightly, seems like shes willing to hear me out.

Out of respect, I turned around to face the pair. "Taurus Silver. Will you come with us and become a part of our family?" My Knights gasps lightly at my words, everyone else around us just stared in awe at the name of Taurus Silver being called to whom they know as Tatsuya Shiba.
