Looking through the isles, pushing her cart, Cameron searched for eggs in the grocery store.

It was the next day after her evening with Spencer. To say that she thought about it a lot was an understatement. It was all she could think about, really.

Hearing him talk about his feelings in real time, face to face, was foreign to her.

During the months that Spencer kept his secret, he did his best to hide his feelings. He never showed Cameron he loved her, but rather did it from afar.

In a way, hiding his true emotions was also hiding a part of himself. Loving Cameron was apart of Spencer, and he couldn't deny that.

Cam wasn't just reading it, or just hearing him say it; she felt how much he loved her, and to say the least, it was a wonderful feeling.

Now, she was grocery shopping at 11am.

"Cameron?"

She turned around to see Rossi holding a shopping basket.

"Hey Dave!"

He walked over to her, looking in her shopping cart.

"You cook?" he asked. Currently, Cameron had lots of food items, including lots of vegetables, meat, and cooking oil.

"New hobby." she shrugged.

"Hey, don't you take the metro?"

"Yup."

"You're going to bring all this on the train? That's going to be tough, Kid."

"Oh, trust me, it is." she laughed, having done this before.

"Let me drive you. You know what, we can even have lunch at my house before I drop you off."

"That'd actually be great, but are you sure? Really, I can handle it if you have other plans you need to get to."

"Don't be ridiculous." he told her. "You know what, we can cook lunch together. Even better!"

...

"Cameron, if the team find out you are this good at cooking, I will be out of business!"

The two were eating their meal in Rossi's second dining room.

"Rossi, you will never be out of business." she laughed.

"I make pasta." he told her while cutting into his food. "Pan seared Steak... and these potatoes!"

They continued to eat their lunch, enjoying the time and making good conversation. Cam helped wash the plates and dishes before they left to drop her off.

In the car, Rossi driving and Cameron in the passenger's seat, Dave started talking.

"So..." he started, " You and Spencer went out last night?"

She widened her eyes. "How'd you know that?"

He laughed. "Hotch saw you two in the parking lot from his office. He texted me right away."

Cam's jaw dropped. "Hotch? I thought it would've been Penelope tracking our locations. If she knew, the whole team would know." she laughed.

"About that..."

"You're telling me the whole team does know?"

"I texted Derek, then he told Garcia, and then... yes the whole team knows. And so does Anderson. I think."

"Oh my god, I wanna see how Spencer reacts." she giggled.

"So on that topic..." Rossi started. "How is it between you two? Yesterday, you didn't even speak to him in the office."

"We're uh, a lot better."

"Oh c'mon, give me more."

She jokingly rolled her eyes. "We talked. A lot. And uh, he told me he really loves me. It's... sweet."

"And you?"

"I don't love him, not like that. But we talked enough that, we're okay with it. We agreed that we won't let it affect our lives, and we won't make it awkward." she sighed.

Pulling up to the curb in front of Cam's building, Rossi looked over to her. "There's something you're not telling me."

"What would-"

"I've been a profiler for what, 30 years now?" he took a good look at her. "You like him, don't you.?

She choked on her breath. "I don't!" Rossi gave her a knowing stare. "Okay, I don't know! Alright! Maybe!"

He chuckled. "What is it that you're questioning then?"

She sighed. "I don't know if it's just because he loves me or if I like him for being Spencer. I don't want to feel this way if it is solely on how he treats me, you know?"

"So you do like him?"

"Did you just-"

"Yup." he smirked. "Trust me, you'll figure it out. In the mean time, don't go over your head trying to find the answer."

"Alright, I'll take that advice."

"You need help bringing your groceries up?"

"No, I can handle it. Thanks again, Dave." she smiled.

"No problem Kiddo."

And with that, Cameron got out of the car, gathered her items from the trunk, and waved goodbye as she headed back into her apartment.

...

3pm, Spencer was playing a chess match against himself near the window of his apartment.

A knock on the door caught his attention, Reid wondering who it could be. Stopping his game, he got up and headed towards the door. He opened it, immediately surprised.

"Emily?"

"Hey Spencer, can I come in?"

"Yeah, sure." Emily walked in and he closed the door behind her. "So, uh, why are you here?"
