lol hey guys, i havnt updated in a while but i will try to more. i have been so busy with exams and stuff. so heres another chapter for now!!!
HAYES P.O.V
"Nash I'm going over to Audreys to hangout. I will see you after dinner probably" I yell to nash.
I head upstairs to my room and get my black jansport backpack. I quickly open it and put my swimming trunks and a towel in. I run downstairs and head out the door.
"Hey Hayes!" Katrina yells over from next door.
Katrina has the biggest crush on me and every opertunity she gets she will talk to me. It gets annoying but hey, i cant just be rude and tell her to go away. I wave back and pertend like im doing something useful. She doesnt seem to get the point that I dont want to talk to her.
"Where you going?"
"Um, im going over to Audreys house, i think im spening the day with her. Why?" I reply back to her.
Oh, my moms not home and she told me to go out if I was bored. Can I join with you guys?"
Knew it. I knew she was going to ask.
"Sorry but I promised Audrey I was gonna spend the day with just her. Maybe another time."
She walks away and rolls her eyes. At least I got her off my back. I start up the boat and make my way to Audreys. I arrive at her dock and call her. In a flash shes outside. Shes wearing her hot pink bikini with black bottoms. She hops in the boat.
"Hey grier" She winks at me and gives me a kiss on the cheek.
"So today i thought we could go to the secret island I never told you about, well, thats why its a secret island. Sounds good? She agreed and she was excited.
I start up the boat and we start driving to the island.
Holy.
Shit.
My dad forgot to put gas in the boat. I look over at how much we have left but I keep going. Audreys sees i am worried and asks if everythings alright. Just as I say just fine, the boat stops. Here we are. In the middle of the lake. In no where.
"What the hell!?"
"Audrey dont worry I can call Nash, he will pick us up, I didn't realize how much gas we had left. Dont panic promise it will be fine."
I call Nash and he doesnt pick up.
"Nash didn't pick up. I mean, the islands right there. Lets swim over leave the boat here." She agrees. We jump out of the boat and swim over to the island. Its not too deep so we are basically walking. I start to splash her and she comes over and tries to put my head under the water.
"Audrey you know I always win this fight, don't even try you little bugger." She stops and she is holding onto my shoulders. We are in the deeper area and she cant swim well so she wraps her legs around me.
We stare into each others eyes and dont say anything.
"Hayes, I like you so much. Ever since we were little. I hope you remember that." Audrey says breaking the silence.
"I will like you forever and never stop Audrey."
We look into each others eyes some more and I make my move. I slowly lean in and so does she. Our lips connect. It was perfect. I wouldn't want this kiss to be any other way. We pull back and hug each other.
"Audrey, your beautiful and I want you to be mine forever. Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Hayes, there is no will, Of course I will be your girlfriend."
We lean in again and our lips connect. It was perfect. Everything I wanted, in 5 minutes. I did it. Audrey is my girlfriend. I love her so much.
