Seconds pass, her brain taking him in, her brain couldn't formulate a thought, at least not one based in any language, and if she doesn't touch him soon her atoms will tear themselves apart.  An electrical shock went through her skin. In such a situation, it was odd to not have anxiety.

Her approach was rude and impulsive, she realized what she had done. Her edginess had the most out of her that night, feeding her embarrassment and restlessness. As it is, it was difficult for her to even look at him in the eye after that imprudent imagination, and her awkward encounter made things much worse.

New white rays shine through window and curtain just the same, amid the light the beams seem as if they wave with the undulating pleats, giving structure and form. As the moments pass the intensity rises and softens, bold and gentle, telling of a new day awaiting.

Last night would be the most difficult to forget. Upon waking up her brain replayed the last few scenes of her ghastly dream.

There was a hug of breakfast upon the table, not the same like there every day. It was a feast for the eyes and a certain delight for the palate: two soft scrambled eggs, dotted with cheddar cheese; three juicy sausage patties, flecked with red pepper; two Belgian waffles, drizzled with Vermont-fresh maple syrup; oven-fried red potatoes, laced with green onion; and ice cold Florida orange juice.

"What the WHAAAAT !?" exclaimed Luna. "My eyes are blessed, Georgi look at the fucking waffles." said  Luna  as she darted towards the dining table and grabbed both the Belgian waffles.  She gobbled like she was having the last meal of her life. But that still couldn't distract Georgina from the last night flashbacks.

Mrs. Goodwin nodded her head in disrelish over Luna's mess. Georgina sat on the other side of the table, the feast did not interest her. "Anxious" is normal when there is something important on the line. It's okay to feel it. All emotions are there to educate you. But the whole Jonathan drama was that feeling which wasn't normal. Some emotions are supposed to be short term guests, others are welcome to stay for the long term.

In the fullness of time, the moment arrived which would give Georgina the quintessential corpse energy. Jonathan arrived.

What made things much worse was him continuously peering at her. Georgina tried gobbling as fast as she could. If she stood any longer, she'd eventually explode. Mr. Goodwin noticed her unusual behavior.

" Is everything right , dear ?" whimpered Mr. Goodwin.

Everyone gaped at Georgina's eating pace. The latter could take the little embarrassment of being the center of attention, than risk encountering Jonathan.

On the corner of the room was Jonathan, his eyes shining brightly. He watched her move, there . He put the engine together like he'd been doing it all his life, every movement competent and flowing. He bit his lip and turning scarlet. Then in that instant she turned and caught his eye; before she could turn away with shyness a genuine grin spread across his face, turning it from handsome into divine. In that moment she felt her body flush warm. JONATHAN TURNING CRIMSON AT HER MADE HER HEART RISE TO HER FACE AND HER EARS WARM.

She hurried out of the dining room, sprinting to her bedroom and locked the door from inside. Her body creeped against the door and she crouched down. Her heartbeat slowed down and her accelerating impulsivity retarded. Jonathan literally blushing at her was no joke. After all the embarrassing scenes between them, is this how he reacts? Which means all the drama between them wasn't much of a deal to him. Or maybe because charismatics like him were used to getting encountered like this ? All kinds of questions overflowed her mind. She couldn't keep hiding from Jonathan the whole time! They lived under the same roof, and running away from him in such a situation would be stupid and unreasonable at the same time. Thus, after pointless overthinking and pondering, she finally decided to talk to him about their encounter and apologize. She couldn't let the 'Jonathan-phobia' dominate her persona.

"By hook or crook ! I have to be bold and brave now. I do not have the audacity to feel so much. I'll go to him like with the confident persona I am and spew everything on his face !  I can't make situations worse." exclaimed Georgina and she darted out of the room to join the Goodwins for breakfast and apologize for her impertinence. The dining room was empty with Mrs. Goodwin washing the dishes and Mr. Goodwin cleaning the mess. Luna and Jonathan were nowhere in the room.

After her unusual scenes,, Georgina was anxious to face the Goodwin folks as well, she cleared her throat, breathed in, breathed out and uttered, "Umm.... mamma!"

Mrs. Goodwin turned with a grin on her face. She looked tired after working continuously since the morning, besides she did not seem very pleased with the scene at the breakfast table in the morning.

"Mamma...emm. I-I umm.. was very weird at breakfast. I'm sorry, I was just not myself to be very honest. I had a horrible dream and I couldn't get over it. I was very anxious. I'm so sorry. I spoiled your day."

The Goodwins were very caring people. Mrs Goodwin loved Georgina as much as she loved Luna. Thus she was naturally taken in by Georgina's innocence and the horrible past that she had undergone. She smiled at the latter and opened her arms in the way of calling Georgina to embrace her.

" I understand sweetie. No worries," and she kissed her forehead , smiling compassionately.

Inquiring directly about Jonathan wasn't a good idea. After all the courage and confidence she gathered, Georgina was hopelessly desparate to meet him, so inquiring about Luna would be a better and less awkward idea.

"I'll go catch up with Luna. Any idea where she is ?"

"Farmhouse." roared Mr.Goodwin from the doorway. "She thought you weren't in the mood for this today. It's been fifteen minutes since they've left. They'll be back by night. Loony's very fond of the cows since she was a child. You know once ..." he continued blabbering Luna's childhood stories and his dead ass jokes about her, however, this sudden departure added to Georgina's impatience. The more she delayed, the more she bottled up and therefore the more sick she became. There was absolutely no possible way to reach the farmhouse and waiting till the night would be one hell of a mental inflict.

GEORGINA WAS STUCK.
