HARUMI RINFirst, Tobio brought me to a cafe restaurant for lunch and we spent almost two hours comfortably conversing with each other. It's funny how we just simply talked about things as if we were like social butterflies who gets along with anyone anytime, but truth is, I was shaking nervously in the inside as I tried calming myself.
He insisted that he pay for the both of us, in which I quickly declined, and so we spent the next thirty minutes inside the restaurant arguing about who's gonna pay the bill. In the end, he did, leaving me sulking guiltily and embarrassed; it was the first time that someone had to pay for my meal aside from Taiga afterall.
We were now walking by the sidewalks to somewhere I don't know. He refused on telling but it was as if he knew what he was doing as he lead the way.
Checking his watch, I heard him a mutter to himself. "Just in time." And he started rummaging through his pockets whilst we continued walking.
It was then I noticed that we were approaching a somewhat familiar place. The entrance to the Yurtec Stadium just stood a few feet away from us and soon, the yells and whistles of what seemed like to be a crowd was audible from the distance.
Tobio grabbed my hand and pulled me to the entrance, pulling out two tickets to show to the guards. After, one guard told us to follow him and lead is to a vacant seat where I had the clearest view of the large, grassy football field.
I adjusted my glasses, bringing my middle finger to push it up to the bridge of my nose to get a clearer vision of my surroundings. The stadium was full of people, the field was polished for a match, and the referees stood by the other end of the field, each with the opposing teams behind them.
My eyes landed on the banner in the center that said: JAPAN NT v.s. SINGAPORE NT EXHIBITION MATCH.
So, we're about to watch a game! I concluded and turned to Tobio who was discreetly trying to hide his nervousness away.
"I...umm," he started, gulping, "brought you here because I know how much soccer means to you and I also want to know more about your sport and stuff since I think it's a great way to know you more—"
"King—"
"A-and you should've have been practicing right now for the tryouts and I know how important it is to you but you're here, with me. And I know this isn't a new view for you s-so I understand if you'd want to leave—"
"Tobio!"
"H-hai?"
"Calm down, you're rambling nonsense." I said, smiling a bit.
"Was I?" He tilted his head in confusion.
I nodded. "I think this date is perfect, and I'd gladly help you know more about football." A wide smile stretches itself across my face as I grabbed his hand, mentally chuckling to see the blush slowly spreading all over his face. "Thank you, for considering my passion, King."
His face contorted from a stoic and confused one to a small, gentle smile, squeezing my hand tight. "You're welcome, Rin."

"See that? Singapore's #14?"
Kageyama nodded, eyes affixed closely on a certain player.
